How can a single person each and every year correct most of the AI problems and Si cant ?

Montpellier got elite prospect like Esteve and Wahi, but I think Bordeaux is a great choice, good young players and a fallen giant (use to be Zidane team lol)

Guys, after playing for this very short time, the situation seems to be better, at least concerning AI teams actually OFFERING their talents for loan instead of making them unavailable.
AI teams now do offer their best prospects for loan and seem to encounter more interest from other teams than in the past. But I would need a little more time to be certain.
Seems like a good start though. Another big part of this bug is about squad selection (i.e do teams pick youngsters in their starting eleven despite their lower reputation?). This I have not tested yet
I do think thats a start, not the realistic solution though, in Spain they rarely loan out players, because of B / C teams.
The problem is that playing in those teams doesnt seem to help player development as much as it does in real life

Tempted for my annual Roma save...on the beta they never managed to sign Gini after his loan.
Inter seems interesting with many youngsters (the carboni brothers...) and an aging squad.

Let's be honest, it would be sufficiently zoomed out that you do not need the detail in the faces. Compare it to FIFA Manager 2013. Two free kicks. You tell me which looks better. And there's a ten year gap in graphics between them.
Just a peak of FIFA Manager 13 3d engine at 2:22 makes me sad tbh

Most fun saves were Valencia / Real Sociedad / Bilbao IMO.
Celta vigo also has some good prospects for a youth only save.
Real Sociedad next year is about to be crazy (Kubo / Ali Cho...)

I've noticed since the beta I had De la fuente not improving much at 20 yrs old but had a breakthrough at 22 and basically became a beast.
It looks like it's much slower now and some 23 yrs old can have big boosts compared to before when you were done improving at 21 lol

Just signed Camavinga for 14 million{couldn't turn down the opportunity} in January window after he joined Real in the summer.
Is that really realistic considering he's one of the best prospects on the game?
Surely he should've been valued higher if Real wanted to get rid!
He rarely developed in all my saves he was so cheap, they don't play him enough.

The fitness/jadedness thing is even more stupid than it was before, to play any sort of European football you basically need two teams, which is dumb. Real life players play 100s of consecutive games, and most easily do two games a week, in game I am getting normal centre backs that are getting exhausted and need rests. Centre-backs, who barely have to move, come on what absurdity is that?
I don't want to play 'physio manager' its not fun. The 'jaded and needing a rest' thing was broken enough last year, having players who had like 11 starts out of 20 games needing a rest, when they have like 18 natural fitness.
What intensity are you playing? I'm playing gegenpress and I LOVE the drawbacks. Please don't change it

I can't seem to get offers for my players (In Marseille) Cengiz had 2 seasons over 7.0 no one is interested. Gerson is smashing 8 goals playing as a midfielder, no one is interested. Does this happen to you guys also?

I mean, there's only so much they can do, have you watched press conferences these days? Just the same old...hearing Arteta talking has got me so mad, it's just PR and the same questions all over again.

Dont know how to replay to all, so I just write it here. This is my tactic, tho I once moved Moriba on amc as you can see. The others two pictures are Arezo and Esposito. They got both high in attributes to score a goal. They are also my primary options for scoring a goal. And isnt the xG the number which tells you how much goals you SHOULD score, ofcourse there is no saying you will. I got really stupid goals, one was unreal cross where opposing player miracualy scores from downtown, the other 3 from norwich were from basically dead position either left or right side. There was some talk about Moriba, I dont know to utilize his skill and high attributes, someone suggested mezzala ? So mezzala on attack and which side? Thats all for now, I am waiting for your responses. Cheers fm friends !
To me he is clearly more of a runner. Although it depends if you train him like that. His finishing and long shot can be overpowered lol
I got him at mezzala on the left side and he has been world class (goals plus assists)
In your tactic maybe play kana as a Dlp d and move moriba there on Mezzata attack?

I've seen Ilaix Moriba score loads for the AI when he was retrained as an Inside Forward on the Left Wing. Do you use him with an CAM with attack duty or support ? I think he can also easily play a striker if you train him ( i think he is 190cm or around that height ). Please don't waste him in a central midfield position
He's a beast in this game although i know nothing about him IRL and why he is so OP
Mezzala (attack) gets him plenty of goals, his best position imo.
IRL he started last week for Barça at only 17 lol he is the next big thing tbh

Again, I would like to adress this issue. I am playing with Levante and for my second season I managed to get Sandro Tonali in my team. He is playing on his preferred role as a defensive playmaker and has currently an average of 6,69. I am positioned 4th in the league. It does not matter in what ever role I play him, his ratings still do not go up. Consequently his value will decrease and he will certainly not be picked for the Italian national team.
So please SI, is this an issue you would like to adress or are we hoping in vain here? I have been playing CM/FM for more than 20 years and this issue I am afraid killes a lot of the enjoyment to be honest...
Make him take corners, you'll see. Biggest cheese in FM 21.

Not to slate anyone on here, but when I do an Arsenal save I always try to make the transfers as realistic as possible. AKA, no signing Mbappe, Haaland, or Sancho lol. No stockpiling Argentine regens, etc. I also usually like to go for players Arsenal have been linked with in real life as well!
I disabled the the first transfer window and finished 1 point off of 4th in a very competitive top 6 playing a 4-2-3-1. So after a year of no signings, I committed to overhauling the squad in Summer of 2021.

Bissouma is the real deal! Love your transfers and if you want to follow Arsenal model its time to shop in the french league (lorient? Monaco? They got few good prospect)
Also think about bringing Lamptey on the right side maybe?
