Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area, but I made a ticket of help few days ago and I'm still to get a response. I'm only doing this topic here because I ran out of possibilities to solve my situation.
I have a save that's in 2024, but I am not being able to go past 24th June, 2024. First it crashed when my game tried to do an auto save, then it displayed the message 'the game could not be saved', then I change the auto save date and it just crashes on this same date while processing.
I use logos/facepacks and editor data files. I tried to remove them all and play it, the game crashes continues as the same. I also tried to delete preferences and and cache, nothing changes. I tried to update my card drivers through DriverEasy, still could not solve the problem. I already verified the integrity of the files (Steam), changed the game folder and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. No changes. I also tried to go on vacation past this date but the crash happens as well. I don't use any in-game editors.
I updated on SI's OwnCloud the save file (Srečko Prja - Nakhon Ratchasima (v02) (v02) (v02).fm). Leaving here also some files attached.

Are there any additional leagues for Oceania?

Someone planning to make the Oceania patch? I checked the editor but I am not really that good at this. I follow the leagues over there and I understand the rules - a bit complicated thou, that's why I didn't know how to make it happen in the editor.

@FrazT I think I found out the issue: the authomatic update. I just tried to start a new test career at 20.3 and it's loaded.

I have done all steps there. Uninstall and them install again in Steam, no add-ons and before retrying to play I deleted cache and preferences. The game crashes while creating a new career - I tried one in the quick mode.

I have done this once, not sure if I did this all 'clean' though. I'll retry it and update here.

Well, I tried to update the drivers. Anyway, It was running perfectly before, the same happened with FM2019.
I followed the steps in the link and the game still crashes when trying to create another save.0 -
Just one question: which league pack are you using for this challenge?

I'm having several issues here with FM in the last days. First, I could not start the game, then I had read in the forum I needed to remove the folders from the Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020. I did so and I could start the game - before this it was stuck in the loading screen.
Then I put it back the logos, facepacks and editor data folder. The logos were not loading and I could not also load any of my previous saves. Then, I decided to reinstall the game, but any of the problems were fixed. If I try to start the game with the folders in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2020 it does not load - it stands stuck in the loading screen forever.
I expected to solve this problem by creating a new game, then adding the folders, but It crashes while loading. Before, I tried to put the folders back before creating a new save, it also crashed when I loaded the preferences.
Any ideas how I could fix this?

I don't know if It is the best place to ask for it, If not, please forgive me. Is there any Thailand patch already done in the community? I'm really willing to play there.

I have tried to update Oceanic leagues by my own but of course I didn't have such a good result.
Vanuatu league is divided into two - I tried to make it but just one league was working. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_VFF_National_Super_League).
Could someone give some help on it? I have doing all efforts possible to make Oceania more accurate to play!0 -

Yes, I understand. But they have the citizenship already, in other nationalities there is New Zealand for both of them. I've shown the eligibility screen assuming that they already have the NZ dual citizenship but there's something being a hurdle for me to make possible to make a call for them.

No, they are not waiting the documents to get ready. There are some players who received the citizenship and are eligible but they are really few. These players in New Zealand would receive no interest from their nations, since they many of them are of high level football nations like Croatia, England and Argentina. They don't count as foreigners for the league rules, they are in the living continously in the nation for more than 5 years - enough time to get the citizenship and also to be eligible due FIFA rules. I'll let you some examples attached, please take a look. I'm in the third season of this save.
PS: All messages - in Portuguese - say the same: they inform they need five years to be eligible for the national team of country they are current living.
First you have the amount of days still needed to be eligible (0) and after the amount of days they're currently living in New Zealand. As said, they have now the citizenship - no caps for national team, they are not declared to any nation and they're also not iy any other national team squad - but not eligible to get a call up of even try to convice them to it.

No for both. I am aware if they are declared or played elsewhere at national level they would not be eligible. I'm the third season here and various foreigners obtained the citizenship but no yet eligible to get a call. As I said, no declarated or played to anyone else.

I am coaching the New Zeland NT and I have a doubt here:
What is needed for a foreign player to be eligible to play for National Team? Isn't it, in NZ case, 5 years continously living in the nation?
It means 1825 days are needed. But I have various cases here that players are more than 2000 days continously - as we can see in the information section - and they are just not eligible for a call up. They have the citizenship but not possible to call up them.
What is happening? Did I miss something?

Hello everyone!
I had been talking with some members of the community recently and I got an interesting idea that could be featured on the next versions of the game.
Why the managers can't call for a press release? It could be valuable to say something about a player you are trying to acquire, or to make critics to your own players or board. Some ideas like that.
It could be possible as well to announce you are leaving a club when the season ends or when a particular tournament gets finished. For an example, I am currently coaching a club and a national team. I am not interested to continue for another four years cycle for the World Cup, but I want to play the continental tournament that is close in the calendar. I would like to announce that I will be coaching the team in the tournament and, doesn't matter the outcome, I will be leaving as soon as it ends. So I could call for a press release to announce it, so the federation could already start seeking for another manager to sub me as I am leaving just after the completion of the continental tournament.
Also it would be nice for us to ask to give an interview as well, so it would be nice to choose a topic to talk about and see how it impacts on the football world, not only answer random questions to media and normal press releases before games, after and when announcing new signings. That's very common in real life.
That's something we can build on. I would like to know your feedback.
