Even this year I recreated the Italian League System, based on 15 levels going from Serie A to Terza Categoria, making playable all the 4694 clubs present in the database.

L6 - Campionato Nazionale, 2 x 20 teams groups
L7 - Campionato Interregionale 1, 2 x 20 teams groups
L8 - Campionato Interregionale 2, 2 x 24 teams groups
AMATEUR
L9 - Eccellenza A, 19 groups (one per region)
L10 - Eccellenza B, 38 groups (two per region)
L11 - Promozione A, 38 groups (two per region)
L12 - Promozione B, various groups per region
L13 - Prima Categoria, various groups per region
L14 - Seconda Categoria, various groups per region
L15 - Terza Categoria, various groups per region
CUPS
Coppa Italia - A knockout tournament between all clubs from Serie A to Eccellenza B (1000+ teams)
Coppa PRO - A knockout tournament between teams of levels 1-5.
Coppa SEMI-PRO - A knockout tournament between teams of levels 6-8.
Coppa Italia Dilettanti - A knockout tournament between the winning teams (19 in total) from each Coppa Dilettanti Regionale.
Coppe Dilettanti Regionali - A cup for every region, which qualifies the winning teams for the Coppa Italia Dilettanti.
Supercoppa - A supercup between: winner of Serie A, winner of Coppa Italia, winner of Coppa PRO, winner of Coppa SEMI-PRO and winner of Coppa Italia Dilettanti.
Serie A Cup - A summer cup between the winners of: Serie A, Serie B, Serie C1, Serie C2, Serie D, Campionato Nazionale - Finals, Campionato Interregionale 1 - Finals, Campionato Interregionale 2 - Finals, Eccellenza A - Finals, Coppa Italia, Coppa PRO, Coppa SEMI-PRO and Coppa Italia Dilettanti

You have put a lot work and sweat in it, that's for sure. And thanks a lot for that.
However, you have changed the Italian league pyramid completely which I find it a little disappointing. I think you wanted to escape the problem with relegation/promotion inequality between tiers of subdivisions by merging some subdivisions and creating one single league as "Serie C1" and "Serie C2"... But for me, it is those subdivisions where the fun is and it also deviates from real life fixtures and results if one wants to apply it on the game... Seconda and Terza Categoria subdivisions are absent in the original database, I can understand that you have to improvise there for tiers 8 and 9... And I'm afraid some amateur teams on these tiers are completely missing as well... Still, it's a little bit sad to see the fantasy version after you have put so much time and work in it...
Anyway, thanks again and sorry if I offended you with this reply. I'm playing the Italian football for longer than 3 decades on this game and I love this nord-/centro-/sud- and provincia-based organization a lot.
