Hi, I am in my 7th season and last season started building a new stadium. It has been over a year and I haven't had an update yet to say that the stadium is starting construction and in my previous experience it only takes one year to complete the planning permission. Also it is my first season in the champions league and In my club profile it states that I should be playing the champions league games at Ashton Gate, in actual fact I'm still playing my stadium. Not sure if the bugs are related

Hi, This bug is also captured here: I have just been promoted to the PL with Peterborough. I have over £200k free in my wage budget (£440k total) however I can't offer more that 10k per week for an important player, so I can't sign players or renew contracts. For some reason the maximum advised in the finance screen is £6k p/w for important and start players and £20 p/w (!!) for anyone else. I was a little bit before able to extend wages at 27k p/w and sign players for more. This is clearly a major bug as captured above and is game breaking. Save File attached

I'm playing in England and after one season I'm trying to sign two players who have expiring contracts. They both had the "Opt" status for opting to leave their clubs when their contract expired. I am now 1 months after their contract expired and they are still on expiring contracts and still require significant compensation if I want to approach to sign. This does not happen at players League one and the Championship. I also thought the Bosman rule meant that after a contract has expired the club didn't require compensation. I've attached my save file from August 23 to the SI cloud as "Brad Conway - Harrogate.fm". I don't have a save file from before their contracts expired. The two player I'm trying to sign are Archie Collins of Exeter and Nesta Guinness-Walker. I have attached screenshots of their contract status and the compensation fee's When I searched for the phrase "expired contracts" in the forum there are instances of this happening previously however no response was provided by SI so I'd appreciate one, even if it's to confirm this isn't a bug.
