Summary: Player sent off in last Premier League game is not suspended for next match
Description of Issue: I started a Liverpool save after the latest update, Andy Robertson was sent off for a second yellow card in my game against Southampton but he isn't suspended for my next game against Tottenham. On the player profile page it doesn't show that he has any bans due, the two yellow cards are showing but it's as if they were from two separate games (it says he needs three more for a one match ban even though he was sent off).
Steps to Reproduce: Check the save game file, you will see Robertson was sent off in the last game but isn't suspended. I did give him a one week rest as he was jaded and I figured it made sense to rest him if he wasn't going to play, not sure if that caused the bug.

An update on the above issue - most of my U23 players are out on loan, so I've set it up so they only play one friendly a month. I've just noticed one of my U18 players is tired, checked his form and he's been playing against Bowers & Pitsea every few days for the U23s. These fixtures are not showing in either my U23 schedule or in Bowers and Pitsea's schedule, can you explain why this is happening please?

Summary: According to the stats/form for my U23 players, they are playing fixtures that don't show up in the game.
Description of Issue: I noticed most of my U23 squad was tired, so I checked to see when they last played. I've noticed that the U23 squad seem to be playing Bowers & Pitsea repeatedly. They have played them 8 times since August (I'm in October), including twice in the same week! These fixtures don't appear to be showing in my U23 Schedule, or in Bowers & Pitsea's schedule. See screenshots below.
Steps to Reproduce: Click on one of my U23 players and go to Reports - Form

I've uploaded a save, the file name is "Ben McCluskey - Kidderminster".
My U18 academy was upgraded to Category 4 in the summer, which means I've joined the U18 Division 3 South West. However I haven't been given the opportunity to join an U23 league.
There seems to be something in the back end of the game that means my U23 players are part of a league, though. I can see in their stats they are making league appearances, and according to their player stats they've played several fixtures against Bowers & Pitsea (I'm about to raise a separate issue for this as I can't find the fixtures anywhere!)

On my Kidderminster save, I have an U23 and an U18 team but neither of them are entered into a league. On previous FM games, there was an option at the end of the season to request to join a league, but this seems to be missing on FM21. I am in my third season, and I have never been given the opportunity to enter my reserve and youth teams into U23/U18 leagues. As a result, I'm only able to play friendly matches for these teams, which is hampering my youth development.
Surely this is a bug?

I'm in my second season managing Kidderminster Harriers. One of my players, Alex Prosser, had a clause in his contract for an automatic one-year contract extension after appearing in ten league games and avoiding relegation. He hasn't featured in any of my league games this season, but his contract has still been extended. He is in my U23 squad, and the game seems to have taken his U23 appearances into account when triggering the contract extension. See screenshots below.
The contract extension was triggered on 9th May, I've uploaded a save game file from 8th May. The file name is "last save overwrite backup.fm". Let me know if you need anything else.

I've just noticed when I'm choosing my team on the tactics page, players are missing from the drop down list. See attached screenshot - Omari Sterling-James and Harrison Burrows are missing from the drop down list, even though they can both play AML.
Is there a reason for this? Is it to do with the fact that these players' contracts run out at the end of the season?
I can provide a save game file if required.

Summary: Unable to decline press conference for new signings
Description of Issue: When signing players, there doesn't appear to be an option to not hold a press conference. I've just made my first signing, and my press officer says a press conference could be scheduled... however the only options I have are to attend the press conference or send my assistant.

I've noticed this too - particular when it comes to offside reviews. If I see a VAR review after I've scored a goal, I know it's going to be disallowed, which is frustrating. In real life, VAR is used for marginal offside calls, so sometimes the player is onside and the goal counts. It would be nice if Football Manager could reflect this to make the use of VAR more realistic.

I have the same problem - it seems to be something to do with the Championship scheduling for the 2025/26 season. All the Championship teams are expected to play three games in four days.
