    Well i turned it off and on and off and on.. then off again, and defaulted my fm.exe file to run as admin by default and all of a sudden its working. Thanks for your suggestion!

    Got excited for a sec that this would work, but i only have inbound rules for FM24 and no outbound rules. Applying the above was unsuccessful for the inbound rules. Enjoy playing. I'm jealous.
