Is there any ETA for when the issues with editor will be rectified?
I'm finding the current version of the editor untenable for any large edits of data

Waiting for the Dan one myself too. Quite frustrating the Editor is suffering from so many errors this year. Be quite nice to get some comms to know when / if an update is going to be released for it.

Under the Tactics screen you'll see it. Located at the top, just to the right of set pieces etc.

I've seen this raised several times with previous versions of the game and sadly ignored nor acknowledged.
But with Match Plans - is it possible to have them last beyond one match game. The current iteration is quite pedantic and sees a set Match Plan scenario vanish once they've been used for just a single match.
I would like to see and have the option to have these set to be used continuously or at least until I turn off.

If entering a manual number for either Playing or Unused Monthly Fee (pic below). I find it quite difficult to close the boxes, even after manually entering the number and pressing enter, the drop down remains. Same with Clicking off after manually entering the number, drop down still remains.

In the Scouting > Players tab I seem to have a missing field of values for "Tackle attempts". This applies to all players even under a wildcard search. I've attempted different saves and this field will still appear blank.
There must be a value for it has "Tackles won" is obviously populated next to it.

I'm unsure why this has changed, but in previous versions, when you went to give a player a "Nickname" the players name remained in the text box allowing you to make changes.
But now, when you go to give a player a nickname, its a blank text box and the background is blurry, so you can't even view the players name.
I know it's very minor, but its a small quality of life fix that should never have changed.

Game still won't show created players! Even after the 22.2 update.

I am getting the same still after the update. I've not checked players, but all staff added just don't show in game.
I don't want to, but only thing I've yet to try is recreate the entire thing from scratch. Just want to rule out anything bad being carried over in the saved editor file.
