Hey there!
In my save I see unrealistically high wage demands from youth players, so far only from Spanish players. This might be due to me managing Barcelona and predominantly scouting the Spain region.
This guy from Atlético for example was predicted to ask for something in the region of 20k p. w. However, when I pay the clause and negotiate he asks for 110k. And he is even decent enough. But similar players with a much lower current ability, 16 years, and a high potential ability also ask for 100k+.
Even my own talent, Hector Fort, 19, was on a 30k contract and demanded 100k. I let him sell to Chelsea on his 21Mio clause.
