  1. Top 10 Highest Paid Staff by Year Key (per year) Largest Value Biggest Increase Biggest Decrease New Entry into top 10 Ex-Staff Brentford sacked Ryan Mason before Christmas in what would have been his first full season with the club - he managed to land another job with Hull in the Championship within a month and helped them to finish mid-table. Chris Arthur was our wing-back, coach and scout in the second season and he retired a season later, staying on in his staff roles. In 2026 he was signed by Consett as an Assistant Manager and only 6 months after moved to Silsden as their Assistant where he became the caretaker manager twice in a relegation season. In January 2027 he was appointed his first manager role at Whickham where he remains now. Arthur coming into the top 10 isn't a great sign though. At only £130pw he is the lowest paid staff member to feature on the list: Name 2023 2024 2025 2026 2027 2028 2029 2030 Ryan Mason £12,000 £12,000 £12,000 £0 £0 £20,500 £42,000 £13,500 Matt Wells £8,000 £8,000 £8,000 £8,000 £8,000 £8,000 £8,000 £8,000 Alan Connell £3,000 £3,000 £3,000 £3,000 £3,300 £3,300 £3,700 £2,800 Stuart Douglas £2,000 £2,000 £2,000 £2,000 £2,000 £2,000 £2,000 £2,000 Cheye Jude £0 £0 £0 £1,800 £1,800 £1,900 £1,900 £1,900 Danny Talbot £1,500 £1,500 £1,700 £1,200 £1,400 £1,000 £1,200 £1,200 Piero Mingoia £600 £650 £700 £775 £850 £925 £1,100 £1,200 Gary Sawyer £300 £425 £875 £1,000 £1,500 £1,100 £1,500 £1,100 Henri Lansbury £0 £425 £425 £425 £425 £425 £425 £425 Chris Arthur £50 £50 £140 £120 £130 £130 Mikele Leigertwood £2,800 £2,825 £2,825 £2,925 £2,925 £3,500 £3,600 £0 Jonathan Obika £600 £600 £625 £625 £2,400 £0 £0 Hakan Hayrettin £500 £190 £190 £190 £0 £0 £0 £0 Mehmet Ali £2,000 £4,600 £4,600 £0 £0 Steve Morison £3,000 £900 £0 £0

He is 27 off of the out-right all-time record and at 30 years old, still has time to accumulate that amount, but he will have to continue playing internationally into the 2nd half of his 30's to make it happen. But fellow Trinidadian Rio Cardines is only 24 years old and already has half of the caps that Phillips does after another 10 this season. If both players feature consistently, we could end up with a Trinidadian 1-2 at the top of this list. 6. Other Enfield Clubs 2029/30 Season We finished just outside of the playoffs and Hinton finished 2nd but lost out in the playoff semis. Enfield Town had a much improved season in tier 7, but it seems they could be joined by ourselves or Hinton sometime soon! Brimsdown dropped out of the playable leagues last season and were relegated again this season meaning they're now in the 13th tier. 9. Playoffs? The past two games felt like a playoff to get into the playoffs. After beating Uxbridge I felt we had all but made it, but I gambled with putting new youth prospect Dauda on up front with half an hour to go against Bracknell and he got immediately injured and we had to play the last 30 minutes with 10-men, conceded twice and fell back below Uxbridge to 6th and we face another season in tier 8.
  10. Big Win I gambled in starting new man Jacobs at AMC from the start and he scored and put in a 7.6 rating! A huge result against Uxbridge puts us in the drivers seat going into the final day of the season where we just need to match their result to finish in the playoffs. We have to go away to 7th, and Uxbridge are at home to 16th.
  11. Promotion Push Two games to go and we have Uxbridge next, who are a point and a place above us. We have to win!
  12. Youth Intake 2030 Players The players from this intake will likely feature for the Reserves next season and we'll keep an eye on their progress.
  13. Youth Intake 2030 Players Harrison from last year's intake has been making incredible improvements, but comparing this year's intake against the rest of last year's (BH06 v BH07), we've made some great progress overall!
