    Here you go mate, I hit 2029 and encountered the same issue again, like clockwork. I won't open a new topic as you responded to me here - let me know if you need me to. Here's a screenshot, and I uploaded the save files: The save files are called "chad selection.fm" and "chad problem.fm". Don't know how to attach them to a post that isn't mine, hopefully you can find them as I uploaded them to the cloud

    Bumping this again instead of making a new thread to report that Central Zone has the same issue and I have to antagonise all my key players every 2 years because they don't understand they're ineligible - when 2029 rolls around I'll make sure to open a new topic and upload my save so you can review it

    I'm managing in a March-November league - Latvia, to be exact, and for the second season in a row I'm being asked to register players for the Conference League in February while I'm not currently competing in it. Using no custom databases, Original mode, February 2023 start date. At the end of the 2023 season, I qualified for the 2024-25 Conference League by winning the domestic cup. My club, Liepāja, did not participate in Europe in 2023-24; but I randomly got a popup to register players for the "latter stages" and I was only able to register 3 of them, which pissed my entire squad off (I was able to resolve this through various editors and wrote it off as a random bug - it happens, and assumed it'd be a one-off). I only actually entered the competition in July and was able to register players normally then. Afterwards (at the exact point the uploaded save file is on), I was asked to register players for the latter stages of the Conference League once again, in February 2025, even though I was eliminated in the qualifying rounds and actually qualified for the 2025-26 Europa League by winning the domestic cup again! I was again only able to register 3 new players, which again pissed some players off, because it's the off-season for me, I have no games and I'm making transfers - more than 3 of them. I don't really feel like tiptoeing around this when I'm desperate to improve my team and I'm not actually preparing for said latter stages - it's just ruining my enjoyment of the save because players are angry at me over not being registered for a phantom competition. If I ever reach a point in this save when I'll actually be participating in the knockout stages, I'll actually be expecting this and have no need to complain about it - but for now, it's really frustrating.     Coincidentally, Horvat is the reason I even posted this - I know him in real life, and I have been trying to get him included in the game for a few years now He is currently recovering from injury and it's been taking a long time, he only recently returned to training and has been put on the bench for the last few games.

    A few players who appeared for Slovenian Druga Liga team NK Krka Novo Mesto during the 2022/23 season, and are still at the club, are not included in the FM24 database.
