[FM22 Editor I cant save data changes]

Some signs are not allowed in file names. In this case it´s most likely your "&" sign - replacing it with "and", should solve the problem

Yea it seems to be gone this year. Have been wondering the same.

What exactly does the "Fixed Format" do? Also seems to be referred to as "Fixed Teams" in the competition description.

As far as I know there is not a way. If the person have been in a previous FM game, going back and looking at his stats in the editor for that years version is probably the best option.

FC Romania seem to have a really good squad of players for Level 9, in the test runs I've done they won every league game, I might have to release their whole squad and have a squad of regens which should make the league fairer

I used this database last year. FC Romania does indeed have a really good squad, but most of them is very old and on expensive contracts. So my experience is that most of the players is either retired or got a new team within a few seasons.
