I’m not saying it should never happen but it shouldn’t happen with every single player you try to sign. -
This is my experience as well. I must have offered about 15 different players contracts and managed to sign one of them. Basically makes non league unplayable as it’s more or less impossible to sign anyone.

I’m finding it basically impossible to sign players as a non league team. Every time I offer a contract to a player at least three other clubs offer contracts immediately afterwards despite the player having no interest before my offer.
