No they won’t you’ll only create fake players or the teams will just have the greyed out ones, once the database is loaded at the beginning that’s it as the players that are in game are dependent on what leagues you activate as-well as the database size u choose plus the squads for the higher rep teams. I always recommend to only load the league you want to manage in plus the major 5 European nations if u want and set a custom database size to include every player in the game so you end up with 1-6 leagues but 400,000 players.
