  1. I would actually like to see some training in match engine. At least corners, free kicks, finishing and shooting excercises. It would be much more immersive to see who is doing how at the training. Who is missing sitters, who is passing well, who is not in the right form, if the first penalty taker missed some of them in the training etc. In real life watching the training is one of the most important decisionmakers for the managers. In FM we have only a number (rating) , which is not detailed enough to make a decision about starting line-up. It could be just some selected highlights.
  2. I see your point. On the other hand I clearly remember that a few years back (not sure which FM was it, maybe around FM15) the stadiums looked really similar to the real ones. So there were real models already done. At least in the major European leagues.
  3. Do you have any information wheter the stadium licences would take a major part in overall budget for the licences at SI? I suppose they paid a lot of money for UEFA licences this year, yet the stadium likeness would bring so much immersion to the game.
  4. Could anyone from SI provide detailed info where is the crossing line in the likeness of the stadium and why they are so different from the real ones in the last editions of FM? Is it really only the licencing issue? And is there any chance we'll get stadium editor in the future?
  5. The flat stand would make the playing on this stadium so immersive!
  6. I agree. Thought about it many times. It would be fun to edit the stadium.
  7. Yes, I know they dropped the efforts to make stadiums look like real ones because of licensing issues. That's actually why I am searching for stadiums that still look a bit like their real versions
  8. Hi model citizens, I know there is a thread with pics of various stadiums from FM23. But have you encounterd a stadium, that actually looks like its real version? I really miss those FMs when you had a real feeling you are playing at San Siro or Stamford Bridge, because the stadiums looked so much like the real ones. Feel free to post pics. Cheers!
  9. As far as my knowledge goes, it is important as he is selecting the new candidates for the youth team. Also as you can see in the screenshot the game itself is highlighting the important attributes for HOYD.
  10. Thanks! Would you keep this one at Nottingham Forest? Also do you have any good HOYD to share (at the start of the game)?
  11. Hi managers, I would like to ask you how do you approach your HOYD attributes. I have a Model Professional with 18 at Working with Youngsters. But he has only 9 at Judging PA and 13 at Judging PP, which of course isn't very good (and I am a PL club). Would you personally let him go and find someone with better attributes, but worse personality? Or would you give him time? He have not produced many good youngsters in first two years, but so haven't HOYDs with better attributes in my previous saves, so I am bit on the fence here. AND! If you have some really good HOYDs, please use this thread to share them. It would be much appreciated. Cheers!
  12. I would say instant result is more about luck, because you as a manager are not in the match and your influence, your decisions are a major factors
  13. Hi guys, does anybody know what are the requirements for different youth Categories (1, 2, 3 etc.) I got promoted to PL with Nottingham and my rating dropped from Category 1 to Category 2, even with great training facilities and youth facilities - another upgrade is running, and excellent academy coaching. I know there are also some staff requirements, but not sure about them. Thanks and cheers, Ghost
