Would have been great if he chose the roles used in the tactic, no matter what prefs he has. -
Why does my assistan train players in positions that are not part of the tactics the team uses? Then there's no point in having the option to delegate it.

I'd love to see a secondary position in training, so players that are versatile players can be trained in 2 positions rather than just one. Example - a player that's natural in both CB and LB can be trained as CB-primary, and LB-secondary, to gain tactical familiarity for both positions in your tactic.

Hi, I thought the false nine role was all about roaming, droping into midfield, draging out defenders etc.. Why isn't the player instruction "roam from position" hard coded for this role, like "hard tackle" is for BWM? I don't mind, I just wonder.

Hi, I don't set up my own scouting, I usually let my director or chief scout do that, But why do they suggest scouting priorities for positions that's not in any tactic the team use? I think I have a pretty good director, according to the games suggestions.

Hi, can a player have full familiarity for more than 1 role in your tactic? They seem to "forget" if you change role training.

Does role familliarity only get better from individual training or is it just as much tactical team training?

My Head of Youth development accepts loan deals, even though I've set reject all offers with lower or same playing time? He's not even set to handle outgoing loans, I run that myself, not hired loan manager. Does anyone know why this happens?

In a tactic with wide center backs, what role would you use in front of the back line, and would you run 2 DM's? Is it viable to play a half back(or two) in front of a 3 man back line? WCB CB WCB HB HB

Hi, Developing a player weak foot is said to eat of a player's current ability. But when a player does it of his own accord in his spare time, will that count towards current ability, or is it "for free"?

When you get the preview of you youth intake it gives an indication in the top right corner, what's the best rating you can get? Is excellent top?

I have'nt tried it yeat, but do you think a back four like this could work? FB - CB/BPD-CB/BPD-WCB The thought is more defensive coverage on the side where the wide centerback will be playing. in midfield I'm planning a CMA and a winger on support or attack.,

I use Fullbacks on attack and support, and balanced, or positive mentallity. Winger are either winger on attack, or inverted on support/attack.

Why do wingers and fullbacks, almost without exception, shoot from dead angles instead of crossing in front of goal? I have shoot less often ticked off on everyone except striker and SS.

I promised a player to make him our main free kick taker, so he was assigned as number one to all free kicks. He still claims I did'nt keep my promise, are corners and penalties considered free kicks, or is this a bug? Sorry if this is'nt the correct forum.

Woud it be possible to change how set pieces are set up, so that my tall and brave player, who is also versatile and can play multiple positions, always has near post position on corners? That would make for less set piece fiddeling when he moves from CB , or to DM, or MC position. He'd take near post regardless, and I wont have to change my set up.
