Did you try with a new save or with the same save you started with the Beta ?

Canadian Championship is also not qualifying to the NACL, but I cannot confirm it'll do in real life.

 

Yeah for the new format in 2024, the Canadian championship has one spot and the Canadian premier league has 2 spots.
