I like to loan out my young players when they reach the age of 18 and spend a lot of time looking at each prospective club to check out the personality of their squad, the preferences of the manger (formation, tendencies etc), how many other players play in that same position & whether they have long-term injuries). This helps me choose which club will offer the loanee the best opportunity to develop. I think in real life, a manager (at a big club) would ask a staff member to do this for them (perhaps a scout or the loan manager) & compile a report. Details could then be displayed when looking at the offer from a club. It already displays the standard of the training facilities but I think these other factors are also important.
