Another quick question after the B team got promoted.

 

If I keep some youngsters in the senior squad and make them available for the B team will they be eligible to play for both the senior squad and the B team?

Just finished my first season finishing 4th. Williams is banging in the goals but I'm struggling to get any form out of Muniain.

 

I'm currently playing a 4231, any tips on how I can get more from him?

I think the recruitment meeting is a great idea but the AI still have nothing on human transfers.

 

It's much like the DOF. I always let him approach players and might sign one every 2 seasons or so. The recruitment meeting is the same, it's a nice idea and occasionally you'll get a gem.

Robbie Neilson needs looked at. His preferred tactical style is park the bus and that's absolute nonsese. 

 

This is a manager who in his two full seasons in the Championship has won the thing. Took Hearts to 3rd in his first season back up and then left them 2nd in the league. Currently he's completely doomed to fail with his tactical style.

The same logic applies for crossing for me; if a player can't cross a ball accurately from out wide, then why would he be any good from corners? He crumbles under the pressure of having a defender attempt to close him down? 

Always been the same with corners but crossing is still important for when it ends up back with the taker.

Free kick taking is very obviously not important for penalties. Edit: Saw your edit - that also is the accuracy of free kicks. Not even sure if it's a factor, but I'd add Technique to free kick taking.

That seems very odd.

Do long shots have an effect on free kicks?
