Neil Warnock & Mick McCarthy definitely need a data boost both were gone in my save before February with both Middlesbrough & Cardiff in the bottom half of the championship which isn't realistic. They both look likely to finish in the top 8.
Harry Redknapp should also be on Bournemouth coaching staff as a coach as he is helping Woodgate.

Kevin Keegan could be back at Newcastle United with a new takeover several stories appearing in the media.

I really wouldnt know, I tried a test new game with all English leagues loaded down to National Leagues N & S with a large database and he didnt show up in game.
What is interesting is the unique id alongside Paul Ince in Mr Ford's screenshot is not the one assigned to Paul Ince in the database (Tom Ince is correct, didnt check any others). THE Paul Ince is 2004544, there is no one assigned the number 2000066779 at all.
It's strange because i'm using the official database and havent made any changes is it a bug?
Paul Ince also isn't in Tom Inces favourite personel either at all which is strange.

West Hams coaching staff could do with a boost considering how well they are doing. Stuart Pearce has ridiculously poor stats considering he managed England Under 21, and Man City. He should also have Kenny Jackett in database as they are both friends and he has helped him out most notably at Portsmouth.

He isn't marked as retired in the database. He hasn't had a job in football for over 6 years (according to his database history at least, and that job lasted 11 months after a 2 year lay off) which I imagine makes him a low priority for the game to activate when you start a save.
Maybe it's been changed for the update then because he's retired in current football manager 21 database editor.

He is in it.
Or, put it this way, he's not not in it.
He is not a very good football manager, which may be why he's not getting much action in your save.
Paul Ince made a decent start at management particularly at MK Dons where he won the Football League Trophy, and promotion from League 2. Blackpool also had there best start to the season in 50 years when he took over despite having a very small squad, its tough to work with limited finances.
He is wrongly classed as retired according to the database

I agree - even if it is not a role at Bournemouth in game he should still be a part of the active database for the next update.
Never say never with football. Kevin Keegan was linked to a return to Newcastle with the Saudi takeover, Martin O'Neill has been talking to agents about a management return. Glenn Hoddle also stated on twitter he has never closed the door on a return to a director of football or management role at a club.

Harry Redknapp needs readding to the database as he has returned to football as assistant manager to Jonathan Woodgate at Bournemouth. Maybe just keep people in as retired from hands on roles, crazy times.

Tottenham are missing Joe Lewis who should be listed as the owner of the club.

Any reason why Paul Ince isn't in Football Manager this year. Regularly talks about getting back into football and is still linked to manager jobs the most recent being Tranmere and Port Vale.

Scott Sellars position has changed at Wolves to Technical Director.
Also Paul Ince, Denis Irwin, Dave Jones should be in club favourite personnel as they were the first to win promotion to Premier League via playoffs in 2003.
Mick Mccarthy, Karl Henry and Kenny Jackett should to for leading the club up as champions of championship and league 1.
