A huge mega fan of Football Manager, I have been playing since the glory days of CM 1995/96 when I used to play the game with my brother.

I love Middlesbrough FC, I was born within metres of the former stadium, so they are the only club for me. I also follow England and the Faroe Islands. I have an obsession with the Faroe Islands for some reason and always have a few Faroese in my FM squads. Brandur Hendriksson is my latest beau.

My favourite footie players of all time are John Hendrie, Jens Knudsen, and Gabriel Batistuta. I also adore stylish defensive players who are good on the ball such as Matthias Sammer, and of course, Andrea Pirlo. My fav formations nearly always feature a sweeper and wing backs :-).

I'm 5 foot 7, very slim, with long brown hair. Unfortunately though, the FM 2016 manager avatar is very limited in terms of bust size and hair length so my FM avatar looks like I have had a very drastic hair cut and a breast reduction. My avatar is also wearing a tracksuit but unfortunately the avatar outfit selection doesn't cover dresses or skirts!

I live in a village with lots of cats and a man with a beard.

My greatest football achievement has been converting my Manchester born and raised husband to support the Boro rather than his boyhood team of Man Utd!

In terms of FM, I nearly always manage the Boro. Otherwise, I love lower league management and have created my own club on FM 2016 in the conference north.
