Thanks for your help was look at around that budget just saw some really good deals on Amazon thought I found a great deal there lol

So, with this conflicting info it's hard to know exactly what you're getting. It's still not a bad deal even if it's 8GB RAM. But, I've found product descriptions for computers on Amazon to be appalling, so I tend to steer clear of them for this kind of thing.
Some of the Q&A's from people who've bought them do suggest it's 16GB RAM though.
The other thing is it doesn't specify exactly which CPU it has though, but given the speed it gives of 4.7GHz, it's almost definitely the i7-1165g7, which is a very capable laptop CPU.
If it is 16GB RAM, then it's a very good deal.

just want to say what a great thread and amazing people helping each other.
i am looking for a new laptop only just to play football manager thats all i will do on it budget is between 400-500
i honesty wouldnt know where to start to look any advice would be very helpful.
