[USA Youth Intake Issue FM 22]

I am working on a USA pro/rel database for FM 22. Everything is working properly, except there is no youth intake right now. It shows up as a youth intake is coming in September, and then nothing happens. You never get to see the players or sign anyone. I've read elsewhere there is a bug related to this, but has there ever been a fix?

Decent feedback when there is an error (advanced rules).

This is my life haha. Why did this go wrong? Let me try every option in the book for 10 hours to get by one tiny error that sometimes isn't even wrong. Beyond that, the ability to edit hardcoded stuff such as the MLS because it's terrible to have to remake entire leagues over and over again.
