  1. Hi there! I'm struggling with configuring groups in the league. I want to create a system where the league has 2 groups, and from each of them, one team advances to the next league. However, the editor doesn't seem to allow me to verify such a league. It appears that one team correctly goes to the specified league, while the other, which should go to the same one, ends up in random one from a higher level. Can someone help me with how to deal with this? Should I create any additional hidden stages besides Stage 0 (group), or is there any other way to configure promotions for this league? The error occurs at the Polska IV Liga but groups are configured in the Polska Klasa Okręgowa (kujawsko-pomorska). 1.0 Polska Lga (A Klasa).fmf
  2. How to correctly configure a league with promotions? I've been having trouble with promotions all the time. I have a league with 32 teams divided into 2 groups. 1 team advances from each of these groups. I managed to configure it for one league, but I encounter issues with promotions in another one. When I test a single league, everything works fine, but when I test the higher-level league, I get an error that 2 teams are relegated from the league, but 3 teams are promoted (random numbers, as I have many leagues). When I change it to have 2 teams promoted from the group, individual leagues pass validation, but when I test the whole setup, I get an error that 2 teams are relegated and 4 teams are promoted. Does anyone have a good league configuration? How can this be done?
  3. I have another question. How to name groups within one league? I would like the groups to have Roman alphabet letters, for example, Warsaw I, Warsaw II, Warsaw III, Warsaw IV, etc.
  4. Never mind. I managed to solve the problem. The issue was the number of teams in other leagues at this level and their configuration. (I had more teams than the league allowed for). However, the error message was misleading.
  5. I've come up with a concept that could help me create a more extensive league system while not exceeding the number of leagues at a given level. For example, in the Polish "A klasa," there are 130 leagues, but most of them are like "Warszawa I," "Warszawa II," "Warszawa III," etc. So, I thought about grouping them. This way, instead of having 130, I would have 62 (or 68 for the level below). I think this might work, and I want to at least try this configuration. However, I'm having trouble with configuring a group. I'm referring to the "Polska A Klasa (kujawsko-pomorska: Bydgoszcz)" league. This league has 29 teams added. The league configuration should create 2 groups with 14 and 15 teams (just like in reality). However, when testing the league rules, I get an error saying it found only 19 teams, but there should be a minimum of 28 (the league configuration specifies a minimum of 28 and a maximum of 30 teams). Could you (or someone who is knowledgeable) help me find the issue? (I attached a file with these leagues) I should also mention that one team from each group should advance (for a total of 2 teams to the next league). While I don't have a problem configuring a regular table, the group configuration is driving me crazy. 1.0 Polska Lga (A Klasa).fmf
  6. Thank you very much for your answers. Do you think this will be improved in future editions of Football Manager?
  7. Hey! I'm wondering if it's possible to set up a league structure in the game similar to the one in Poland. For instance, having leagues like Ekstraklasa (Level 1), 1. Liga (Level 2), 2 Liga (Level 3), 3 Liga (4 groups, Level 4), 5. Liga (only for 2 regions, Level 5), Klasa Okręgowa (Level 6, teams relegated from 4 or 5 Liga if applicable, Level 5 or 6 if 5 Liga exists), A Klasa (teams relegated from Klasa Okręgowa, Level 6 or 7 if 5 Liga exists), B Klasa (teams relegated from A klasa) C Klasa (teams relegated from B klasa, only 3 or 4 groups like that for some regions) Additionally, I have a question: Is it possible to create a league with 130 groups (A Klasa)? I understand that the Polish league system is complex and implementing it might be challenging, but is there a way to do it?
  8. I tried to add lower leagues on my own, but I failed at the 8th level (A klasa). I got working Klasa Okręgowa and V Liga, but after the last update, I have several errors about incorrect number of teams, relegations, etc. Do you plan to add lower leagues to your file?
  9. Now I have leagues down to the 6th level, and I'm trying to build the 7th level with 60 sub-leagues. But when I built such a pyramid, the editor crashed when I'm trying to test it. Here is the dump file and it would be nice to know, what's wrong. Because there's no error message and so. It's worth to say that some 5th divisions have relegations to 6th level, some of them to 7th level.
  10. hello. I'm working on polish lower leagues and I met a crash when trying to test my leagues. Could you take a look? I built down to the 6th level. This level contains 60 sub-leagues. 7th level contains over 120 sub-leagues. Is that possible to build such a hierarchy? I noticed that in the field "Number of child competitions (if parent comp)" the maximum number is 50. So that's why, there's some error? Cause my competition contains 60 child competitions?
