    My GM still makes staff offer, even if i'm in charge of that. If i reject the offer, he makes another offer and then gets rejected by ma president. Had this multiple times now. Uploaded Savegame name is "BDRick35staff"

    Still, not the value is the problem... Someone who is desperate so sell, DOES NOT NEGOTIATE, It's just not realistic but i'm talking to a brick wall here... i know that. If the player isn't transferlisted (so my clubs doesn't want to sell) and some Saudi Clubs bids like 15m, sure you can negotiate up to 30m.     Nowadays many video games have detailed accessibility features for making games fun for anyone or at least they try to. I'm playing FM since 2015 now and kind of feel every year that FM is too easy for me. There is no challenge anymore. I miss the struggle of keeping my job. I remember how hard LLM was and what it is now, with back-to-back-to-back promotions or a least you're not struggling enough. So basically i would like to see a "hard mode" for FM but make it optional. Also maybe add an "easier mode" for the younger more newer audience. Like auto-aim in shooters for example. God of War Ragnarok is a great example. It had so many accessibility presets. My suggestions would be More difficult/easier player morale More difficult/easier squad dynamics (tied in with morale) Maybe disable tactical presets and only start with a clean slate tactic A more strict/lenient board Harder financials (tied in with the board) Make training more harder. I barely see players with bad training results. Most of the time it's 7.xx or higher. Most of the bad training results are when players are pissed at you. Learning a language should be way harder. You're not fluid speaker after 3-4 months of training (tied in with squad dynamics) This actually is a basic feature request! Make signing players harder/easier Make keeping player harder/easier (probably tied in with player morale) With that everyone could mix and match what fits for them and their style of play. Cheers

    I was told you could overspent my transfer budget this year as a new feature. Tried it out the first time and i'm not allowed to confirm the transfer with missing 3.5m

    Really enjoy the fact, that especially great players but not elite players are scoring less than in FM23. Saw so maybe 60 goal seasons by other players last year so this is an inprovment. BUT these "monsters" like Mbappe, Haaland (Let's say Strikers with CA around 170-200) should be a bit more lethal in front of goal. For the last 16 years there wasn't a Golden Shoe winner with less than 30 goals. In my sim, five times.

    Played a nearly full season with Bayern and Chelsea. Let's stick to my Bayern save. Last season Bayern overscored their xG by 7. In my save it was 20. Also i've blasted the chances created by 60 more chances than the second best team. It's similar with Chelsea but a little bit less noticable. I just feel there were a bit too much big victories. Almost every time outscoring the xG. Leverkusen as an example. They should be more of a threat. Looked at the Ligue 1 which i believe is similar to the bundesliga. PSG outscored their xG by 4. So i feel this is a human player problem. Uploaded my save "BDRick35xGBayern"

    This makes no sense to me. It's like i'm going to grocery store, i'll take a sandwich for 4€ and the cashier then wants 7€ for it. It's not the fees, don't like how it is presented. 30m for Müller/45m for Pavard is okay imo but if the manager agrees with a value then the offer should be non-negotiable.

    Got a notification that our team is the worst performing team of the month. Stats say we are performing above average. The last month wasn't that bad.

    Don't know if this is a feature or a glitch. Started with Bayern (my world) and tried to sell some old players. asked Müller's agent about his market interest. He said Al Hilal are interested around 15mio fee. Accepted his demands and went through. A couple days later the offer came in. Negotiated for 30mio and they instant accepted my counter offer. This feel wrong and stupid. Saw this in some of the alpha video for youtube as well. Same with Pavard.

    That's actually pretty neat you get a bit more realism for the sake of some names, even in existing save games. good stuff.
