Not sure if this was a thing in previous games, I always thought it was. But on the World Knowledge I thought if you hover over a country on the map it would show the name, found this helped with scouting. I submitted a save file on the SI cloud for a different issue, hopefully can use this? Name - "Scouting Issue"
