This is the first season in Switzerland, we are doing well, but now I have one fresh central defender at the whole club... I mean, all of these are out injured! It's not like I started with 13 players either, just that all got injured at the same time! This is the best central defender I have that's not injured... (and how did he ever get capped!?!) Help... oh, German speaking parts of Switzerland... hilfe!

I think it's coded to look at sub appearances for u21s or something. Since I'm always subbing in my youth players in just about every game, I always fulfil that promise without any problem... So my current guess is that it's linked that way.

No, getting a son is random. AFAIK you only need to be over 40 years old as a manager. I've had 3 sons over untold thousands of hours of various FMs, and I've had seasons where I've gone 70 years and never got one, and also once where I got one the 2nd season in charge. So it's random.

Yeah, the first years won't be much impacted by it, but if (when) you get promoted, you should be able to start giving real contracts, so I thought I'd let you know, as I've been burned by this myself before! Lost some amazing players for free, and it's not fun!

I guess you've made your on kitcreator.com, right? And you have extracted the contents of the zip into somewhere under ...\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\graphics\ ? There you should have 3 files: Like this, but your own kit, of course. Then it should be correct, if your team uniqueID is 670, per your file. You don't have any other kit files that have the same club? The other thing I've seen someone offer as a solution is to go into the editor and change the "Allow licenced kit" part.

It's a bit of work, but I don't spend more than 5-10 minutes now that I've gotten used to it. I do map in every player I get, so it's a lot I don't show! Here are all places of birth I have in this save: But it's just something I enjoy doing because I like maps. If you want to try, I encourage it, but don't expect to complete it, just enjoy the ride!

Don't mind at all. I do it manually in a Google Sheet and then copy/paste to sort by which I have most of and then alphabetically. I also map it out in Google Maps and change the ticks to the country flags and screenshot it. I should probably automate it, but I enjoy spreadsheets and maps...

XaW - Berliner FC Dynamo - Season 2025/26 (Season 2) - 2. Bundesliga Squad | Transfers | Finances Germany is a fun place to manage, and the match UI is on point. I'm having a blast here, and this season went quite a bit better than I feared. A very solid mid-table is more than I though we'd do, but I'm not complaining! We started a bit slow though, and at an early point we were hovering right over the relegation spots. We did start to pick up more points towards the winter break, and just after we went on a 7 match streak without a loss. That pushed us up to the mid-table and we stayed there for the rest of the season, even with a less than great end with 2 losses and a draw in the last 3. It was a very good season though, and I got some improvements done, but I expect more next season as the money started to rain upon us after the season finished. The intake was a bit better too, and a few youth players finally got some game time. Weiter geht’s! DFB-Pokal: We drew Bundesliga outfit Heidenheim in the first round and lose 2-1 after they scored two late goals. Notable youth players this season: Giorgos Kourachanis 25a - Got a bunch of sub appearances this season and did fairly well. Developing well and has been capped for Greece U21s already. Adrian Shehi 26a - Came through old enough to play, so got a chance and got an assists already. Farouk Tonou 26e - A super attacking left back is someone I have my eyes on so I gave him a few tastes of the game. We don't know, nothing has been confirmed there, but I, and some others, do it as an extra challenge! And also, just in case it helps with getting in foreign players in the intake. I mean, who doesn't want a Kazakh superstar!

When I took over the team, I thought the squad was pretty good and with a lot of players who fit my usual tactic. And it turns out that was the truth. We started a bit slow though, as the team got used to the tactic, but from November and until the end of the season we went unbeaten! That's 23 league games in a row without a loss! So everything went quite well, even if Jahn Regensburg was close for a long while. They lost a few towards the end though, and as such we slowly crept away and clinched the title with a couple of games left. So we are heading into the 2. Bundesliga next season, and hopefully a lot of money coming our way. The club has a lot of work before we start making a lot of good newgens, and the intake this season was an example of it. Ah ffs... got the boot after the team just fell apart this season. We did well in Europe, but lost out just before the group stage, but this fatigued the team quite a bit and we had a horrid start and then moral imploded. And the board got pissed we were looking to get relegated, and gave an ultimatum of 10 points and we didn't get it... I thought we had a good start, but the expectations got the better of us I think. Not sure where I'll try next, but I'll have a look around to see if I find anything exciting.
