[Advice for 4-1-2-3]

I'll wade in with the idea of changing either the left back to an attacking duty to create a bit of an overlap, as you do on the right, or the winger or to an attacking duty since you have both the supporting full back behind and the safety net of the DM as well. For me that would get the opposition right back having to worry about runs in behind, so the added penetration might net you a few more goals. I agree with Experienced Defender as well for your distribution from the back, giving him a wider scope to launch it to the wingers directly could be beneficial to hit teams that push too far forward.

Attributes matter way more than role suitability. I frequently have fun playing playmakers at full back with a 1 segment in red for the role suitability and it works fine.
