* Update - I think I might have found the issue for anyone who had a similar problem. Noticed my laptop battery hadn’t been holding its charge and was only working off the power cord. Has since been replaced and so far haven’t had any save/load errors.

Yep back ups are a must but will be doing them more regularly now. Will also start a completely new game and see if the issue happens again or if it’s just related to my first save. Does look like there are a few posts on here with the same issue though. Was there any errors in the saves I uploaded with the post? They were named “Dynamo” and “last save overwrite backup”

No just top right FM - save game then FM quit game and exit. And then just windows power off as normal. As I said this doesn’t happen every time but after it done it for the second time it seemed a bit strange.

For next years game - New training centre now under construction for Kilmarnock with pitches for youth/reserves.

Is there a feature in the pre game editor to ensure that promoted teams have to turn full time in order to progress into the next or top division? In advanced rules I can only see the option of changing the teams status after a relegation.

Is there anyway in advanced rules you can set promoted teams to turn professional before moving into the top devision? I can see the option for making relegated teams turn back after a set number of year.

Always found the license prize money rule a bit mad. Clearly as time goes on players wages goes up and inflation takes place increasing the cost of rent, travel etc. There should be a gradual increase to Keep up with this or people will be put off doing any sort of long term save with leagues that don’t start with the big bucks like the top 5. Winning multiple UCL titles with a Danish team and having the club reputation worldwide but still only getting the couple of million prize the league starts with just simply wouldn’t happen. I know it wouldn’t attract a deal like Spain or England but there should still be a way implemented that recognises an increase is needed. Surely the game could have a feature where the sponsorship of leagues gets re-negotiated every 3-4years like would happen in real life.

I think it’s about time these two tier 5 leagues are added to the playable leagues in Scotland now that the pyramid system is fully operating and ever more showing the teams coming up are substantially further ahead than the teams they are replacing. Given the recent success IRL of the teams promoted from these two leagues into the SPFL( Cove Rangers Highland league 2019 champions, League 2 champions 2020, league one champions 2022. Kelty hearts Lowland league champions 2021, league 2 champions 2022) and even this year with Bonnyrigg Rose of the Lowland league beating Cowdenbeath 4-0 in the league 2 playoff, I think it’s about time these leagues are given the exposure they deserve. Furthermore I think in general over the past few seasons there has been a greater interest shown in these leagues from the media and would appeal to many a player to have a go themselves.
