I have resolved the custom fixture plan issue still the ranking issue remain in game the last competition winner still has to qualify but I need to try something I've learnt - if you ignore teams it ignores this rule of there are not enough teams, so I need to change the teams that qualify as min The new league phase for the euro qualifiers don't work so has to change something in game new issue it says only 6 teams qualify for the 2nd round of the World Cup (league phase)

ok updated @themodelcitizen i have edited the qualifications to ignore the last comp winner of the world cup taken out the 2nd round and playoff for European teams and replaced with a league system so i have 44 qualifiers for the qualification rounds the top 16 of each group will then join the hosts, last comp winner and up to 2 17th place sides in the main comp it verifys ok (but as this goes to 2025 it only tells me qualification is ok) ive tested in 2 ways in game - the 2022 world cup winner still has to go through qualification for the world cup- group stage dont start in the editor test which I've extended the test to 2027 i get the below 2 messages which im confused about - i had 3 dates for stage 0 of world cup but ive taken down to 2 (which it should be but still get message) can you help me again please file attached CUP DE MONDE 3.fmf

thanks - i think i found the issues - i loaded up the cup i created to copy rules on fm22 editor and i found a few issues with rankings which ive created if i want the winner of the world cup to qualify for the next world cup what do i put under fate actions for the final and qualified teams for the 1st round and qualified teams down the bottom of the rules? if this aint possibke i wont do this

yes they are all the same stage, ill look in round settings. however i started a database which i have no intention of using - i just wanted to create a comp with the same number of rounds and most things same - i copied the league rankings which i couldnt work out and i noticed all stages were separate which is what i was going to do with my file

so that worked thanks @themodelcitizen i have another issue with something else im working on im trying to change the world cup into a 36 team league phase like the champions league using a 40 team editor i downloaded online but i have a error with the end the Quarter finals go to the semi finals the semi finals winners go to the third place playoff and losers go to the semi finals I'm just wondering can you look at the file and see why the semi finals winners are not progressing to the final and losers to 3rd place playoff and what other issues there are thanks for any help world cup use me.fmf

Thanks @themodelcitizen I'll try this I did make the comp using teams from each of the 8 leagues and random teams from a 8 or more European leagues I do have issue with qualification though from the league phase to the knockouts it runs like the champions league will do from next season - 36 in the league and a team plays 8 games 4 at home and 4 a way - this is working fine it's when you get to the knockouts - so the top 8 goes through to the round of 16 and 9-24 goes goes to the knockout round I've set it up like in the champions league with a top play off of 16 teams going through to the knockout round on qualified teams I have the top 8 going to the round of 16 when I go into game it seems to work ok until you look into the games on the rules it says 1-8 goes to the round of 16 and 9-24 goes to the knockout round it's only I found by accident that 1-16 seem to go to the knockout round and 17-24 go to the round of 16 - complete opposite from the rules! can you help me with this as well? I'm in the middle of testing with the skip teams with fate checked for top playoff - I doubt this will be any good but need to try everything

I've created 5 competitions using a league system like the new champions league - I've done everything correct except I don't know how to do the teams in the 1st competition I want the the premier league and 16 teams from the championship in the 2nd competition I want the 8 teams from the championship not in the 1st competitions - all teams from league 1, and 4 from league 2 anyone know how to do the championship so I have 16 in the 1st competition and the other 8 in the 2nd comp the other 3 competitions are like this but if I get the 1st 2 right - I should be able to easily do the rest

thanks for your reply and thanks for the explanation, on the file there's serveral errors like the date is not in the season update day, too many team (keep duplicating teams) i sorted this on the below file by adjusting dates, making a end of season playoff a cup instead of league, and for the duplicates i didnt delete them just edited number of teams in comp and how many rounds i've gone on test competitions on basic rules - the application crashed on restarting, i got no errors going onto advanced rules i got the following error for the championship relegation there's a relegation playoff as a league - 1 from championship and 3 from league 1 each play twice with the bottom 2 relegated to league 1 - in reality in the game if the championship side is in the relegation zone they get relegated the other league 1 team stays in league 1 there's no promotion zone in the rules but the game promotes these 2 (or one gets promoted with the championship staying put) this system happens from premier league / championship down to league 2 / national league for the national league to regional national league its a cup between the two tiers (the national league north and south have a 3rd central divisions) for the regional national league to regional leagues its a cup competition between the two leagues (the regional premier league has 2 new divisions for certain B teams split into north and south but i dont know how to clear that error i have another file which i got the same error - i thought doing another mock league would tell me what setting i had wrong advanced rules 1.fmf

why can the rules be verified ok on basic but get thrown out on advanced - even if i make ZERO changes can anyone help basic rules.fmf

Why can't this be resolved - I'm trying to use silver goal and it's still not working and we've been reporting since last year we have paid for a product that don't work so are we entitled to a refund if you can't fix?

hi @rusty217 any chance can you look at my file getting multiple errors such as too many games for 1 team / relegation and promotion dont add up and league isnt finished on season update day

Hi, I am having kind of the same issue but in England and I'm wondering if you can help @rmpMarko i want to do a league playoff between 9 teams from tier 6 and 9 from tier 7 - 12 are relegated automatically from tier 6 and 12 automatically promoted from tier 7 its just the 9 from tier 6 and 9 from tier 7 play a playoff and the winner gets to play in tier 6, whereas the loser goes in tier 7 there are 3 divisions in tier 6 and 6 in tier 7 I tried a cup but that wouldn't work, so tried a league and getting the same issue - its saying 21 is relegated and 12 are promoted - I kind of changed it to 7 going down from each of the tier 6 leagues and while it helps some leagues verify - some leagues are saying all different error messages - im going to verify and gets pics and put them up can you help please

I've created a league playoff at level 6 of the English pyramid for both promotion and relegation I've also created a 3rd division at level 6 (a central division) and a 5th division at level 7 ( national league for B teams) tier 6 is 3 divisions of 16 teams and tier 7 is 4 of 22 teams and 1 of 40 teams split into 5 groups for promotion to the vanarama national, level 5, top 4 not promoted go into a playoff with the groups split into 3 groups of 4 and the top team after 4 rounds (12 games each) gets promoted the other teams have no fate this seems to work for relegation the bottom 3 teams from tier 6 not relegated joins the top position club from tier 7 not promoted (for the national league its the top 1 from each group) this makes 18 teams all the teams go into a group of 2 teams to 9 groups and play each other twice - the bottom club gets relegated and the other team gets no fate this is where I'm getting issues - its saying only 12 are relegated instead of 21(12 automatically and 9 from playoffs) so there's a issue with the playoffs when trying to verify, i also get error that the relegation playoff can only find 9 teams so its not getting the teams from tier 7 can anyone help?

so i downloaded danFM league to tier 11 i added a league at tier 6 (regional premier league) I changed promotion and relegation from league 2 to regional first divisions so it is a bit more fairer as far - this all worked ok then i saw the issues Bishop Stortford were happening and the injustice of the regional national league is not fit for purpose so i decided to make the regional league of the vanarama national league into 3 a north central and south i had to tweak promotion and relegation and for extra fun i added a playoff for relegation which includes team from the regional premier divisions 18 teams with the 9 winners staying put in their league or gaining promotion as required - the promotion playoff i have included all 3 divisions so 12 teams with 3 promoted the issue i have is the system is saying that it dont complete by season update day - I've checked all the dates and it does, i made sure there were more than 2 weeks from season end to the playoffs instead of giving just the error it should say what is wrong as well can someone please help me discover what the issue is 3 tier VNR 5 tier RPL.fmf
