I can't recommend Morten Thorsby from Sampdoria, enough. 18-20 for Teamwork, Work Rate, Determination, Stamina & Strength and 16 (I think) for Heading. Will send a screenshot later on when I'm home. He also comes up as a model professional.
Only slight snag maybe is that he has the PPM of "Gets forward wherever possible" which I removed by training.
Also, he is international teammates with Ødegaard.
thanks mate, never bought Thorsby, but for the price is a must buy. did you also experience that players' prices drop in 2nd half of March?
Thorsby
offer accepted

I tend to play 4-3-3 at the moment with inverted wingers & full backs pushing forward. Got the team playing well so don’t want to rip up my tactics etc.
Tend to have a DLP-A or PF-A as the spearhead so ideally want someone to fill that role as Auba has either being injured or had to play on the left because of injuries to Smith Rowe/Martinelli. Have considered Isak, who I’ve seen is quite popular with players this year. Maxi Gomez is available within budget but haven’t really heard any feedback on how effective he is this year.
As for midfield, could really do with a DM. Usually play a DLP-D, which has more often than not been Xhaxa, but open to getting in a DM-D. Preferably would want a left footed option but know they’re rare. Would be happy with Rice or Ndidi but think I’d probably be priced out of a move there too.
if your budget allows you, buy Ismail Bennacer (from AC Milan) as a left-footed DM player to play as DLP-de.
if you search only for a backup/cup player, then a cheaper option is Marc Roca from Bayern
Tolisso - with left foot reasonable- also from Bayern you can get it for free in 2022 or very cheap after you sign him in January you should have the option buy now
also an underrated player with reasonable left foot, who can play a lot of defensive roles is Nandez from Cagliari
March 2021, Cagliari just accepted an offer from 8.5M €

Abandoned my Hamburg save because of bugs. Managed to reach DFB Pokal final in first season against Dortmund. We were 2-2 going into ET but I could only make 3 subs while Dortmund could make 5. Obviously their 5th substitute scores the winner right at the end with my depleted team.
Runner up should've seen us get a Europa League place the following season since Dortmund already qualified for Europe through their league position. Got to the Qatar World Cup before realising. The bugs left a tainted feeling and ruined the save. This is not a bug, it is the new 5 substitute rule in football (introduced in 2020). The 'five-substitute rule' is a temporary change to the maximum number of substitutes a team is permitted to make during a game, increasing the number from three to five. However, while the total number of substitutions possible in a game is now 10 instead of six, managers will only be allowed to make changes at three points in the game.
Example: you can substitute 2 players in min. 70, 1 player in min 85, and 2 players in min93 meaning 5 players during 3 points in the game.
The old rule: you could substitute 3 players either at all at one point in the game, or at two or 3 points in the game.

Can someone explain what is the reason why game strictly denies me to increase number of coaches? I have reputation of my club (Udinese) increased to 4 stars, I have 180M on my bank account but I cannot agree with my board to have one more coach allowed (now it is 9 so I can't even have 1 coach for 1 training route). I was begging my board to increase the limit 2 years but now I've lost the hope. What are the weird reasons to make player suffer from this? If we imagine real football club - would it really be a problem if manager (successful one) will request plus one coach?
I think the coach number is somehow related to your club infrastructure: the training + youth facilities. I experienced a similar problem at Dortmund: BVB starts with 9 coaches for the first team and 6 for the U19.
I request for extra coaches for the first team and got refused. Afterwards, I asked the board to improve the training and the youth facilities. They accepted. After the facilities improvements were finished I asked for more coaches and they allowed me two more for the first team.
Also I was allowed to increase the U19 coaches. Starting of the new season brought me an extra coach for each team. Now I have 12 coaches for first team
and 8 for the U19 team
Somehow I cannot make any demands for coaches of the BVB-II team.
Strange that the board keeps rejecting my request to increase the sports scientists. Scouts, Physio numbers can be increased.

I'm also playing with Dortmund. Somehow BVB is overrated this season..
I think Haaland + Knap tactics is a cheat, a game breaker. Won almost everything (except the DFL Cup in the beginning of the season)
Haaland is unreal... best signing Adeyemi
Passlack was the pleasant surprise, Moukoko did not perform as I expected
won also the world cup
Tactics mainly used
as a second tactic I also used (for home games). I changed the mentality to positive for both tactics
Transfers first window: a lot of young lads and some high quality for 1st team
Conte was sacked and Favre was appointment as new Tottenham manager...so I received my main big money source: after they bought Hazard, during the last days of the January transfer window they came wanting Emre Can. I've negotiated something like this
and bought Ginter (already signed him as a free for summer) very cheap during the last transfer day. With a lot of funds, I bought Rovella and Musiala (end of March when usually the players can be bought cheaper - already happened to me on 2 different saves) and the remaining increased the wage budget (the best player was still available, nobody wanted or offered him contract yet). After he accepted my offer, I listed Malen ... and surprise, Tottenham wanted him and gone he was
so the full transfers of 2021/22
and the transfers of 2022: quality and free
thinking of changing the tactics to someting like this:
Other tasks: upgraded the facilities, took Dresden (2nd Bundesliga) as a loan affiliate so I can send the players to develop there.
Increased the staff numbers and did major staff change
P.S. check for this young lad from Bayern (maybe he has random attributes) but played him a couple of games and it did it well
