    i do mean convince. And I think there are probably many occasions where a Manager has convinced a young player to go out on loan, either for experience or in some cases to help the affiliate club out - I think if you can convince a player to sack his agent, i think you should be able to convince him to go somewhere for 6 months.

    Hi, I think there should be a dialogue option to convince a player to go to your affiliate, to 'enhance the relationship between the clubs' or the usual list of varying reasons. Maybe a promise could he generated if the player agrees.

    I would be interested in seeing some 'highlights' from that level, I always start unemployed and do a journeyman, then will download the regional leagues and do a further journeyman - it gets fun with the really long pitches and a forward with any amount of pace - how does lower league Nether compare?

    I saw couple Hartson games for Norwich - carthorse, but was still strong !

    For my reference, Norwich had Steve Walsh for a year. He was so incredibly slow it was crazy

    That's interesting and makes sense - I wonder if they use any examples as reference points. Take pace for example, who is the slowest professional you've ever seen?

    Be it chronically slow (pace) Blind (vision) Stupid (off the ball) Trowel footed (finishing) The first touch of a rapist (first touch) Or gloves made of butter (handling) We can all imagine how bad the stat of 1 might be. But with the lower league database taking the game to new lows, and FM editor using 0-100 (source needed) it makes me wonder how bad truly 1 can be? Is dave Smith at level 15 Village side 20 times slower than Mbappe? Is Arnold mugshot 20 times blinder than Kevin De Bruyne? Anyone have any thoughts or data or otherwise interesting points on this?

    Oh right, that's very different to my experience. Have you reported this as a possible bug?

    I've recently had this- and the only thing that stopped it was minutes. Not a lot either. Give him some minutes and he'll soon pipe down

    Does anyone know which player has the lowest CA on FM? I feel its an easy search in the database, but i tend to avoid the database entirely

    Hi, Just started on FM 24 - as always I start in the Lower leagues - Dover job. They have a left back called Fuad Sesay, who is from Sierra Leone. Weymouth have a right back called David Sesay who is a Sierra Leonean also. Is Sesay just a name like Smith in Sierra Leon, i.e. very popular surname? Or are they related? They look a bit alike in the facepack I have got, but that just might be my white european blindness! The only media I note from any, is a report that Kenya were trying to call up David, and he has Kenyan second nationality on FM - however Fuad does not - so maybe not related after all. Anyways, these be my thoughts.

    I am looking forward to the increase in stats that Johnathan Rowe of Norwich City gets for the next edition - he has been unplayable so far this season and scored 3/3 so far!

    Hi, This is probably already been requested, but I would like to see more visual indications as your club progresses in terms of facilities, much like as the press conference set up improves as you get bigger, the same should be the case for facilities. These small touches increase my immersion. Hopefully this makes sense

    I use them to create an overload on one side of the pitch. Usually in a change of system in the second half, typically in conjunction with a winger on support.

    I like this as it might give you a second thought at taking the Spurs job as a journeyman until you gave enough clout to demand greater transfer control in the negotiations

    Agree with a lot of your post, I too skipped this year as I was underwhelmed, however I don't think SI are lazy, it's just a big ask with the development window they have, to make striking changes every year. Evolution not revolution etc etc.
