I had a thought about how to add more flavour to player development:
Different types of players' stats growth rate.
Different types of players' stats decay rate
Just an example:
- Standard growth/decay: ure standard stats peak approx 24. Mentality peak at 30
- Wonderkid growth: ure current setup should peak approx 21.
- Late boomer: peak approx 30ish
- Early decay: decay ard 26-ish depending on workrate
- Late decay: decay ard 36ish
This would help to create players like:
Late boomers such as Jamie Vardy, Luca Toni
Early Decay Wonderkid such as Jadon Sancho (oops)
Or Ultimate players with good longevity: Modric.
It's just an idea to add more depth to player development - and some difficulty in judging player growth.
