I would have given you credit 100% yesterday but after fighting through the mess and putting my team to my standard patching up the design and replacing players to fit my idea I swear it's a different game, no more long inexplicable passes, no more lazy play from my players, the passes actually connect and goals pile up.
My point being I think it takes some time for your players to feel the mentality and execution you're trying to impose (which is quite real in football) and once you get over that hill even the 3d actually adds up and no more random crap flying around.
I finished 6th last league knocked out in 16th in Europa league so was by no means a great season, had my fare share of WTF! Moments when inexplicable things went through my players minds, but now after the second season with MY boys and My style the results are coming in, together with what it looks to be a more homogeneous team.

Some dev please take a look at the Sunderland home pitch, it's forcing me out the door with every match being horrendous to look at, a bright yellow pitch that hurts your eyes.... I love my away matches when I can actually watch them, home matches I almost Sim them as I can't even focus on the ball, get a damn headache out of that bright pitch.

On a secondary note can't seem to find any games but 2 locked and a 3rd that already playing, is only 4 playing and like 10 of us in and out time and time again.
Tried making a new game thinking I can fish some of those in and out players but after 15 mins not even one user joined so I'd say there's something wrong with that picture.

Is this a bug or its how it's designed to work?
Asked for a affiliate club to send players for work permits, this is the second season it happens to me.
The board gives me the 3 clubs they think are best to have as affiliate, I decline them and that's it, no second pick of teams and the option disappears from board requests till next season
