Hello. I have edited for months Russia and all former USSR republics competitions. I just finished and was ready to play....and I found out that SI spoiled everything. I purchase CM and FM since 1995....am really very, very disappointed.
I managed to understand which files you should copy and paste. And I know what to delete to have clubs back in Europea competitions but I cannot manage to bring back National team in comps. As I said, I think I know which file should be copied.
I really would appreciate any help.

Hello Rusty, I am right now on vacation. I will try to create something once I am back.
To avoid postponements of matches I think that in sub-section "Players" you can select minimum amount of players to postpone matches, you set an high number and then you should be on safe side.

Thank you Wolf_pd. Good suggestion. I might decide to skip 2022 and create It from 2023/2024 season.
As normally competitions are set as dates based in 2000, some fine tuning might be necessary to understand if game will create the Cup in the breaks.

Hello.
I am creating a tournament for Winter break. Champions of the last terminated season (for example, if cup starts in Jan 2022, will partecipate Champions of season 2021 and 20/21) partecipate to the Cup.
In order to avoid that AI will choose wrong season champions, I would like the League to fix partecipants only few days before league starts....
Some 2021 leagues finish in October or november and my Cup starts in January the 8th so I would like teams to be chosen on 28/12 or 2/1....
I have tried several things, including to set "season update date" on 1st of January, or "set date" or "dont set the date" (which shall avoid to choose teams before new competition is created) but It led to several problems....like Cup not starting at all or things like that...
I guess It Is easy task to solve but really cannot manage...

I changed strategy: now the regional U17 leagues are under the parent competition "U17" which, in my opinion, could be even deleted. I transformed the "National Championship Stage" in a Cup to which qualifies certain teams. But still it says that there are no team found for the phase zero. I have even taken inspiration from an old file of the Italian Serie D in which the top teams of each regional division qualifies for the "Cup competition" which is called "Poule Scudetto"...basically teams play to be the best team of the whole Italian Serie D.
I attach the file, maybe someone can help..

Hi Rusty.
The parent competition is Pervenstvo Rossii U17. The child competitions are the several regional U17 leagues. The U17 league are the following:
- Moscow city (Moskva LPM Klunbaya Liga)
- Moscow region (Moskovskaya oblast Vysshaya Liga)
- Tsentr Pervenstvo U17
- Zolotoe Koltso U17....
Moscow city and Moscow region U17 leagues have also relegations/promotions.
I first created the regional U17, as well as all the 2nd,3rd, 4th U17 divisions of Moscow and verified the file. All was working, including relegations and promotions. Then I created the National U17 league, which includes the top teams of the regional divisions....and the issue appeared. It shows the message saying that the number of relegated teams from Moscow U17 first division (which is child competition of National U17 division) and promoted teams of the Moscow second division do not coinceed. Which is definetly not true, since all was working before I created parent competition.
I hope you can help.

Hello.
I am an expert user of advanced rules editor. I am completing a huge file and I am almost done, but I get this error message
Baiscally it says that the relegated teams and the promoted teams are not equal. The curious issue is that this message did not appear before, but only when I add the parent Competition (Pervenstvo Rossii U17). If I do not add the parent competition, the file can be verified with no issues, but I would like to have the mother competition for U17 in game.
I upload the file as well for letting you work on it. Thanks a lot.
PS. The Pervenstvo U17 is not yet finished, I need to add latter stages but before I wanted to see if I can get the file working in game.

You are right, Aastalapoturniir is not 11 vs 11...I deleted it. And I managed to create the other tournament with the exact structure. Am just now trying to figuring out how to make all games played in a couple of stadiums and not only in one (despite I selected two stadiums).

This is the file. Taliturniir is the pre-season tournament, it is a friendly tournament in which you have 5 groups of 6 teams. Basically, the 30 teams of the first 3 Estonian leagues should partecipate. They are divided by league (top 6 of Meistriliiga, then worse 4 of Meistriliiga + 2 top of Eisiliiga and so on). They should play to each other once, no winner is determined (who reach pos. n.1 is not the winner).
The other tournament Aastalapoturniir is the end of season tournament. I created only for top-division (but you could replicate for each division), teams play to each other once and the team in first position is the winner.
These 2 tournaments, do not appear in game and do not understand why....If anyone can help...Thanks.

You missed the end of the year tournament and the winter tournament (Pre-season). Do you wish to add? They are official tournaments.
I created another Estonia file myself but I am struggling in adding these 2 tournaments. Can't understand why they do not appear in game. If you wish I can tell you rules and you can add them.

Two options (both works): either you can thick "Remove squad registratio if no valid squad selection rules" either you can use auto squad registration start date. BOTH WORKS! Verified...

I will try....I did not change anything (yet) and all what I wanted to change actually was a rule in Youth Division.
Am trying to understand where the issue is but is nearly impossible....

Hello. If you try to modify serbian rules, you will face one of the most incredible errors in editing.
Open Advanded rules. Save them. And then press test. All is fine with Superliga. But when it's time for the second division....
It looks like that even without any change rules are no valid for 2nd division...Absurd.

Not very comfortable, but it works and is "saving" my save, otherwise would have been really annoying...

Hello. Just updated the game and I think I found a bug.
I am trying to extend a contract of a player.
I want to offer 1M euro.
...But surprisingly the deal will be automatically done at the requested wage (the player asked at beginning 1,69 M Euro)....Until yesterday (before update) everything was normal. Take a look on this next screen.

I tried to solve the issue by myself. And I managed. In first file, I basically added in this menu U19 teams as well.
Now league "Campionato nazionale U18 Serie A/B" appears in game and it works. Only issue: Under 19 squad of Serie A teams which do not partecipate to U18 league (keep in mind that U19 teams is in game used as U18) appears in game as well. This is annoying - I would prefer them not appearing. If you see in this screenshot, for example the U19 team of Bologna should be never used.
IN second file, Prova 3, I created U19 teams in reserve teams submenu of (example) AC Milan. I did not ask the editor to create U19 teams for all Italian clubs, but basically I manually added only the U19 teams I needed. So to avoid non-used U19 teams to appear in game.
Added these U19 teams in the league I wanted to create....and nothing. Now league does not appear in game.

Hello.
I wanted to create in the game the Italian Under 18 Youth League.
By default Italian teams start the game with 2 youth teams: Under 20 / Under 18. In the real life, Under 20 does not exist and the youth championships are normally 2: Under 19 (Primavera) and Under 17. Basically, I modified the rules so that Under 20 championship became U19 (teams are still named U20) - and U18 league is an - de facto - Under 17 (despite teams keep U18 name).
Recently in real life, Italian football government decided to create an experimental league, for U18 teams, only 11 clubs partecipate into it. I wanted to create in the game this league. Easy? No. You do all the necessary - you go in this screen (advanced rules) - reserve leagues. And you basically say: create U20, U19, U18 (keep in mind that U19 is meant to be the U18 - as U20 is U19 and U18 is an U17),
Then you create the league...You add U19 teams to it..and problems appear. Why? Because Juventus has an U23 team: apparenttly the game decides that you can have max 3 youth teams. So for Juventus you have U23, U20 (U19) and U19 (meant to be U18). No U18(17) team.
The U18(17) teams so creates a conflict in game as U18(17) league requires 40 teams and Juve Under18(17) does not exist. The other idea I had is to do not choose to create U19(18) teams for all Italian clubs. So I left in "Reserve team" (Advanced Rules) selected only U20(19) and U18(17). In such a way you have Juventus U23, U20(19) and U18(17). In real life Juventus U19(18) does not exist as they dont partecipate to the experimental league so it is not necessary to create it. I recalled that there is a way to create only specific clubs in this way. You create the league, then you go in the section: "registered teams" (in Italian squadre registrate)
and you thick the button "create if it does not exist". So basically I asked to create the U19(18) teams only for the 11 partecipating clubs.
When you validate the rules there is no conflict but then in the game the league does not appear. Why?? Please help.
I made an extra check: if I create U19 as in the first screenshot, and reduce to 39 the partecipating clubs in the U17 league, the league appears in the game, so it means rules are OK. But I would like to have a perfect simulation...so I really wonder why the "create if not exist" does not work.....
