  1. January 2027 Not great, not terrible. Every time Warwick loses points we can't get ahead. Almost 1k spectators at Sixways in local derby game against Worcester City gave really nice financial boost, unfortunatelly we lost. It's always nice to have a little chat with my board. This time it got me improved youth recruitment. We're still not rich enough to upgrade youth facilities but I'm trying every time I can, eventually I'll succeed. On top of that I finished the highest coaching licence. I didn't expect to do it so quick.
  2. December 2026 Worst month so far, only 2 wins and what's most important we lost to Warwick (again looking at match analysis we were better but luck was not in our favor) and they are leading the table now Youth intake preview - full-backs are most interesting for me, I need someone with high current ability as I have some talent there but with max 2*CA and most of them with unambitious personalities. Another goalie will make a small crowd but I won't complain. Also AMC for better depth is a nice thing. My worst formation at this moment is defence
  3. November 2026 We're keeping up the good pace, I think the playoff spot is pretty safe for us. Nice FA Trophy games, especially 2nd round when we demolished Bradford PA from Vanarama North
  4. October 2026 This month results look very green. Now it's more clear who is gonna be our main rivals, we still have to play Warwick twice.
  5. August 2026 Pretty good start in the league, but there goes my cup run... Lost already in first game vs tier 9 Heather St John's despite being better on the field, very dissapointing Another upgrade of our academy
  6. July 2026 Friendlies to earn some money, we even managed to demolish Newcastle U23's. This shows that my team is getting better every year, we're losing most of them but the results are not looking as bad as in first seasons. Season preview - we're near the top of the stake so I definetely want to get to those playoffs. Odds for Nuneaton are ridiculous but some of their best players are unhappy and want to leave due to team getting relegated so I assume they will get weeker. Quick look at team profile And my first team squad - there will be some rotation in starting 11 to get my youngsters a proper playing time. The weakest part of my team is defense but I hope there's a lot of potential and it only needs time to develop them.
  7. May- June 2026 My young midfielder got named Youth player of the year Also meet new staff members. Promotion gave me better trainers to choose from so I didn't want to waste any time and signed new manager for both my youth teams. Good personalities and attributes - Kyle Wragg especially looks excellent - I hope I can keep him for a long time but better teams probably will try to get him very soon. New budgets are slightly lower than last year- that's no surprise because we used a lot of money for upgrades. After converting it gave me 5k for wages and I spend 2k now so we're very safe. Don't you think those facilities upgrades came too easy for a club at this level? For me it looks a bit unrealistic to build such a good academy but it's just a game so I'll take that.
  8. Thanks, I'm wondering if there will be a significant change in opponents quality as the boards already set their expectations to reaching promotion playoff
  9. April 2026 Officially - we're going up, great season, almost undefeated. After 4 years in tier 9 we built squad good enough to dominate this league and I'm pretty confident we're not going back here any time in the future. Training facilities upgrade completed - below average currently. It will help developing all this talent we have.
  10. March 2026 It's almost done, all I need is only 1 draw to get promoted I got offered a new contract with a little wage raise
  11. Youth intake 2026 The fun part. Nice intake, I'm not as excited as last year, but I see 5 youngsters who can break into my main rotation, some of the even into first 11.
  12. February 2026 3 wins and 1 draw - against Longlevens (a hard opponent for my team as previous seasons showed) so atleast they didn't cut the distance in table. A solid 8 point difference keeps us safe at the top. I even asked the board for another youth recruitment upgrade, because why not? At first they didn't want to do it but I said pretty please couple of times and I got what I wanted. Just imagine what a beast our time will be in like 5 years.
  13. January 2026 Every league game won, 6 pts ahead of 2nd place, just keep it that way. On top of that I completed Continental A licence and started next coaching course right away.
  14. December 2025 We're out of every cup for this year. And our first loss in league happened, too bad it was against Wantage Town - they are one of our rivals in the promotion race. Youth intake preview - position wise it looks ok, I could really be happy with a good striker - my former first choice James Davies stopped developing and his potential dropped drasticaly so I didn't want to invest more playing time for him and instead I'm going with Russell Griffin from last years intake. He's doing nice, already a 2* CA but some rotation would be useful. Goalkeepers - my main goalie now is 16 years old Jack Evans and when he's out for national call ups (Northern Ireland U18) I use Ewan Mountjoy (he's also my cup goalie) - so another one is not necessarily a must but more depth is always welcome. Full-backs for better rotation sounds fine too.
  15. Thanks @kerrdavidson95 it's a very nice career, my first attempt at tier 10 and it gives me a lot of fun. Next time if I decide to do something similar I'd go for a club with small stadium to make it even more challenging. Good luck with your save.
  16. November 2025 3 more draws, we're going for a record with this. At least other teams also lose points and we have taken the 1st place now but with very little margin A big red in finances - that means one thing. We're upgrading training facilities, finally. It's very expensive but it's crucial in the long term. Next step will be youth facilities, it's gonna take a long time again to get all the money needed.
  17. October 2025 Still undefeated in the league but with so many draws earlier we can't reach 1st place yet. Solid performance in FA Vase - it's a long way to the final, maybe this year will get lucky enough to get there.
  18. September 2025 Good month, but we're still strugling with acuracy - a lot of shots that we convert into goals only in some games. Maybe it's because I have a very young squad and they just need to gain more experience. Anyway we're on a good track, near the top of the table and I believe it's gonna get even better. Player of the month award for september and all three places for my players, very nice. As a bonus - have a look at my new HoYD, I regularly scroll through staff search to see if I can get someone better to replace my current staff and suddenly this guy popped out. Great attributes, fairly determined personality and he's interested in job at Worcester - it's a no brainer for me.
  19. August 2025 Back into league action. Start of the season could be better as we're expected to be dominant this year. Unfortunately our cup run is over already in preliminary round against higher division Coleshill Town. The only good thing of this is I can focus more on league games in september and not worry much about fitness.
  20. July 2025 Friendlies time and we even won 2 of them. A little less money than usual because we didn't get all of the best U23's
  21. June 2025 Not much to say. Just a minor financial update and a season preview. Even without any games we're making a small profit, that means we're handling money pretty well. The board was very generous with new budgets, of course all of that will be converted into wage budget. The bookies now see us as a best candidate to get promoted and everyone in the club is interested only in winning the league. It will be our 4th season in tier 9, time to move higher.
  22. May 2025 First of all I present you player of the season, congrats Jordan - a future club legend And here we come to most important games of this season. Semifinals - we were dominant the whole game but an overtime was needed. Two more goals and everything ended in our favor. But job's not done yet. We go into the final Finances - the same old story, we're stockpiling $$ but I'm still denied every time I ask for training facilities upgrade At least the board and I finally have the same vision about our youth academy. After a small chat I convinced them to increase youth recruitment and junior coaching budget
  23. April 2025 That's not how it should've ended. Slimbridge lost two games creating us a great chance to get past them but we failed miserably. Now playoffs, first game against Longlevens. We lost twice this season, so as they say: third time's a charm
  24. March 2025 Very good results. Too bad we didn't beat Slimbridge - again being 3-1 ahead and losing 2 goals near the end. But the reinforcements from intake made a real difference in last games. Four games in april that will decide who's going up. We have a slightly better schedule and we're only 2 points apart
