[Scouting Groups and Potential]

I think it would be great to have scouting groups implemented in the game. For example if I have 7 scouts, I should be able to choose 4 of them to do ONLY the assignments I’ve asked them to do and the remaining 3 can do things I assign at random such as scouting a player or a competition. What I mean is that we could perhaps have groups of scouts that only do certain things and don’t deviate from it unless specifically asked to.

Also even though this one seems kind of a stretch I think the potential system should be revamped and not be locked to one number. If a player is consistently doing EXTREMELY good in respect to the league he is in, perhaps his potential can increase as well. Similarly, if a player is VERY good in training then perhaps his potential should reflect that even if it’s a little.

Mind you this is with quite low tactical familiarity as well. Absolutely insane results with this.

Woudnt you want the Be more expressive instruction as it allows to roam more, which was one of the main standouts for total football. Players constantly roaming and covering for each other?
