Social Media is a Massive part of football now maybe a feature where you decide if you have or don't have social media where if you do then you can praise players from other teams making them more likely to join you in future but to counter act sometimes you can say things that get you in trouble with your board, fans or governing body. Also if you praise a player and they reject your praise then it can effect the dressing room dynamics. If we have social media in up and coming games i want it to make a difference in games also you have the choice to use it to help you get that player you really want or bury your head in sand and ignore it, but ignoring can mean other Ai managers attract and make your star unhappy.

as a lot of FM players I am keen on youth development, now community projects are bigger than ever in football, is this something that may be implemented and also affects youth intakes? As players and manager interaction also influence school boys decisions.

I think it would be a good idea to add language courses to game so as managers we can learn a new language before we try and get a job in that country, many managers and players learn languages before moving or apply for jobs in other countries.
