    Hi, In the Console version, the rules with homegrown players (min 4 in matchday squad) aren't there, but the rule is there in the base game on PC. See screenshot from in-game on PC and from the official rulebook of Gibraltar FA.

    This is also an issue when it comes to Gibraltar-based players when it says that a Gib is not an EU player so the locals cant be used as in real life.
