  1. Hello,

Just a quick one about the in-game leaderboards. My current save isn't showing up in the leaderboard, whilst team names are all completely absent.

As shown in the attached screen-shots, I'm playing with no database changes or editor usage. I also used this same database configuration for my previous save, which did appear in the leaderboards?

I'm just wondering if there is a fix available or possible for this issue?

Having played with small database changes over previous years I've been used to being absent from the leaderboards, but I was hoping to track the progress of this current save on there atleast.

    Thanks for your time!

  2. Here's a nice real life one from last week. The legendary Elliot Morris scores his first goal for Glentoran, after 723 appearances. :D And judging by the kick and his post-match interview, I genuinely believe he meant it, too.

I definitely need to have a crack at this challenge. What are the attributes & traits to look out for in a goalkeeper to suit this, as they don't appear to have a free-kick stat? And how do people advise avoiding getting caught on the break with the goalkeeper forward?

Offer to clubs > Place on Transfer List ticked option > Value LEAVE AS UNSPECIFIED. This will tell you what other clubs value your players at. Rather than placing an exact value, you get fielders and can negotiate!

I second this. I've found it 10x easier to offload players since I've started offering them as unspecified rather than for a fee!

  4. Just enjoyed a read through this thread. Absolutely love it, great work! On a smaller scale, I've designed & branded one or two fictional clubs and thrown them into the database to see what would happen. Recently I threw the small local town of Frodsham into the National League North with a overly high budget. They blew the majority on appointing Terry Butcher, sacked him rather quickly within the first season, and eventually settled in League One for a bit, then imploded financially and plummeted back down. Always a great time killer.
