  1. July 2022 Results Our game against SH Port was an unexpectedly tight game where if it wasn't for our 4 goals from Alexander Isak, we would've lost 4-1. Instead, we won 5-4. SH Shenhua was a lot less of a narrow game where we won 2-0 thanks to a goal from Isak and Almiron. We have a real challenge in our third friendly match because we face a good bundesliga side in Bayer 04. We managed to just about win against them 2-1, thanks to a goal from Isak and Dummett. Then, we're against Berwick. I'm expecting a heavy win. We got one! 5-0! Our last friendly match is against AZ. It was an eventful match where we won 7-4, and Isak got a hat-trick. August 2022 Preview We've got 3 matches we could get something out of in Bournemouth, Aston Villa and I hate to say it, Wolves, but against Man UFC and Tottenham, we'll be struggling. I estimate 9 points from these matches, hopefully. Best case scenario I can see is us getting 11 points with 2 draws 3 wins. But that's unlikely.
  2. The aim is simple. Overachieve and get into the top 4 as early as possible. How? Play an exciting, attacking brand of football, while being solid at the back. I believe a 5-2-3 will do that job. We're going to play with the first transfer window off. We have a talented squad with some good players in it, and some players that in time will be replaced as they're not good enough. This is the tactic we're going to use, and I'll see you once the friendlies are done. Ignore the players in the line-up, that was just me pressing quick pick lol
  3. he said miles said it was coming out next week tuesday on twitter, I had a look and miles has said no such thing
  4. George Lewis Deal Given. Paul Wright Deal Given. Steve Osborne Already looks good, given deal. Lacking determination. Craig Allardyce Also looks pretty good. Deal given. Adam Miles Not given a deal. Ryan Pardo-Roques Given a deal. Pedro Paulo Given a deal. Adam Bailey Given a deal. Carl Whitehorne Good personality, given a deal. Holy hell this is tedious. James Thornber He's ****. No deal. Kieran Joyce Was ****, ran out of space to upload. No deal for him.
  5. May 2018 We managed to win the title with 9 points seperating us from 2nd, and Chelsea finished on 75. This was a season of success for us, where we want to build on that success, and we can, considering we've been given effectively 200m. (The board took 7m apparently so we're on 193m but who cares?) Awards
  6. We Clinched The Title! We won the title in April, in our first season in charge of Man Utd, and the Carabao Cup. April 2018 With only 2 games left in the season, we've clinched the title.
  7. New Budgets This is good, we will have 200m to spend in the Summer, along with whatever we make on player sales.
  8. March 2018 Chelsea have been struggling for form recently as we end March with a 10 point seperation between us and 1st. We might clinch the title by April at this rate.
  9. It's official, the first trophy of our first season is us winning the Carabao Cup against Man City in the final. You wouldn't see this in real life right now. February 2018 I'm surprised. We managed to beat Man City twice, and I was surprised about us beating Man City 4-0. We move to 1st again with 3 points seperating us and 2nd, and many more from 3rd. Newcastle is surprising, just how much they've managed to succeed, and that they look to be capable of qualifying for Champions Cup.
  10. Winter Transfer Update We signed Gaya, Xadas, Icardi and Ajer this year, and loaned out Xadas and Ashley Young. We also sold Chris Smalling and Marcos Rojo for a combined fee of 35m. Gaya Xadas Icardi Ajer Icardi immediately got himself injured after scoring two goals for us. January 2018 Other than having a shock exit to Derby in the FA Cup 4th Round, we did well. We've struggled for consistency but have been managing to keep the pressure on Chelsea for the title. As a result, we are currently top of the league. Awards Zlatan just went in and scored 4 goals in 1 game basically, like jeez. Then he didn't score again.
  11. December 2017 We've dropped to 2nd. We struggled a lot with injuries and as a result are struggling for form, though managed to keep a winning streak up, but we do need to improve. Transfers I have two transfers planned, one already in. Xadas, who has already joined for 1.9m, and Icardi who I intend to have join the team for 98m. The board gave us a hefty budget for the January Window. Here's what Xadas looks like. He's a good midfielder and is already close to being good for us.
  12. Have you tried resizing them manually in paint or something like that before posting them?
  13. New Contract On the good work I've done so far, I've been given a new deal. November 2017 Completely unbeaten this month, winning every single game by 3 goals or more, this is quite impressive. I was surprised especially at the fact that after drawing 2-2 and winning on penalties on the carabao cup against Liverpool, in the league we went on to win 4-0 against them. Wow. We are still top of the league with now 3 points seperating us and 2nd. Awards We won a lot of them, just wow. Lukaku is definitely picking up form.
  14. De Gea injured for just under 2 Months!! So we just beat Man City, 2-0, but early on we lost De Gea to a injury. You don't see that often! October 2017 Solid results against Chelsea, Liverpool and Man City, narrowly losing to Arsenal with a thriller match. This sees us move up to 2nd with 1 point seperating us and 1st. We're consistent, only thing is Martial is the only one with more than 5 goals. Rashford has 5, and Sanchez and Pogba have 4. We're struggling to have 1 player who scores a lot, but we're scoring a lot in general with only 10 matches done of the league. 28 more to go. Awards
  15. September 2017 With only 1 game where we didn't win, we are currently 1st in the Group Stage, and 5th due to having a game in hand over the top 4. Awards Pogba got a goal from a distance. Nice.
  16. Expected Media Finish August 2017 We were unable to win the Super Cup against Real Madrid, though we picked up two home wins in the league ... Burnley parked the bus against us and scored a goal. We should and could've won that game but we just couldn't score, due to them parking the bus. We sit in 3rd as a result of that with 2 wins and 1 loss. Newcastle are surprisingly first, and West Ham and Watford are surprisingly in the top 6. We can see that unlike modern day, there are a fair few teams that are in the league here, but aren't in real life. Like Huddersfield, Stoke for example. Awards
  17. So, I had an idea for a save to start while I wait for FM23 to come out, and to continue alongside my beta FM23 save. Going back to the earliest version of FM I have on Steam, FM18 Touch. Seeing who we had 4 years ago, and taking them to current day and seeing what they can do. We will have a mentality of having a rebirth with Man United, signing players that work hard, and have good acceleration/pace and are tall and can jump. I'm going to use a 4-3-2-1 like they use in real life for home games, and a 4-3-3 at away games. Here are the tactics we will be using, and some of the best players at the club, some who are no longer at the club in real life, and some who still are. Tactics I haven't tested the home tactic due to not having any home friendly matches before the season, but I can report that the away tactic has been a massive success in friendlies. I have not lost a game, and infact, I have won every single game by 2 goals or more over the opposition. No really close or tight games, even when we played Bayern, which was 'close', but not too close. Players Pogba is one of our most important players at the club, and has scored 3 goals and assisted in 3 goals in our friendlies. His pass completion ratio % isn't perfect at 84%, but for a risk taking role in AP, it is serviceable. He has done 1.8 dribbles per game, won 2 tackles per game, and has an average rating in the friendlies of 7.98. Lukaku has been surprisingly useful at providing assists, having 4 of them to his name, and 3 goals. His average rating isn't as good as Pogba's, as he didn't score more than a goal in a game, but was good as a goal scoring option regardless. He provided 2.79 dribbles per game. He's currently at Chelsea in real life. Matic provided no assists but added some defensive security to the midfield, averaging a 6.94 rating. He completed 5 tackles per game, this was usually because I would be subbing him off after 45 minutes for Michael Carrick, who is still at the club but due to retire at the end of the season. Because of him being in a risk-taking role just like Pogba, his pass percentage completion ratio is only 85%. It's not bad, though. Matic has left the club irl, though. Mata is still a valuable player at this point in time, no longer being at the club just like Matic is no longer at the club either. Providing 3 assists, and scoring 1 goal, he has been good. Not as used due to him being an AM in friendlies, but he likely would have provided more if he was provided more chances. Sanchez started all 6 of our friendly matches, scoring 3 goals and 2 assists. One of our key players. De Gea has been good for us, also starting all 6 friendlies. Averaging a 7.03 rating over those games. He had 3 clean sheets. I don't have much else to say, he was good in the backline for us. Transfers In pre-season I have only made 1 signing, a left-back to improve our backline in Jose Gaya. Fast, and hard working, and had a good average rating in pre-season for us. Pre-Season Okay, I didn't realize we had a home game, but I used the away tactic for it. My bad. Still, we did well in pre-season. First official match of the season however is the European Super Cup, against Real Madrid. A real test of our quality. I will see you at the end of August ingame.
