Struggling to sell players will depend on a lot of factors. Typically, there's not much activity in the first (and maybe even the January) transfer window, because most teams have already spent their money IRL and have settled squads. Then there's also rep and wages being paid, the player's interest in moving to the club interested in him etc. 

Can you help me also why I can not learn a new position to a player? I played one year with real and I tried to learn Asensio to play as inside forward in the right side but I can't..why...?why after one month the position change withoutme?

This year FM is also very good...BUT a lot of injuries and also I can not sell Real Madrid players......tsactics amazing and the panel from the coaches ticks,last year was better...(fm18)
