I'm noticing a lot of players simply stagnating on AI rosters. Man City is the biggest example I can find at the moment. They currently have 10 players over the age of 21 sitting in their first team not registered for the league. And somehow, none of these players are asking for transfers or loans away? And most of them aren't even available for loan or transfer at all. You would expect to see young players like Doyle out on loan. But instead he's just racking up zero appearances. Same for McAtee. Despite this complete lack of football their transfer value seems to be completely unaffected. City are still wanting 36+ million for a player that they don't even register. I'm having the same issue. Harry Kane has now missed 4 of the 5 penalties he has taken for me this season. It really feels like the penalty taking performance in the actual match is completely different from the success rate I'm seeing when non-player matches are simmed. The board and supporters are apparently "concerned" about how many goals I'm conceding with my tactics. I've allowed 1 goal in the first 10 matches of the season...

Man United 1st season defense feels completely overtuned (again). Default database and they are close to the best PL defense in history. 15 goals allowed in 31 matches. Compare that to reality where they have actually allowed 41 goals in 35... I know attribute updates are done for FM23, but surely we can't keep inflating them right? Anyone else seeing United perform like this since the update?

1- The "XG" listed in the team detailed statistics is often incorrect. In this example it shows I have an XG of 33.0 in 6 matches while many other teams have a total XG of 0. This does not correlate with my other XG stats such as over/under performance. 2- This is true in multiple screens. XG is not displaying correctly. 3- Statistics are usually ranked from "best to worst" for example Goals conceded has the team with fewest goals allowed at the top in 1st. However, this is incorrectly reversed for XG allowed. Instead ranking the worst performing teams at the top.

His visible attributes are far better than other coaches in game who achieve the Pro License. Which is what makes the constantly failure difficult to understand. What specific attribute is associated with success in the course? A hidden one like Professionalism?

@Zachary Whyte This is a real life coach. If you've given him specific attributes & mentality that mean he won't ever pass the course then it's indistinguishable from being a hard coded fail.

@LioncasaSorry, this is not correct. Because if you set your youth staff to be responsible for all areas of the youth teams, you can still order them to play with a selected first team tactic.

There is plenty of time in February, March, and early April to fit another few matches. At that time I was a few fixtures behind the rest of the domestic league. But instead, the game is just throwing fixtures into the End of April / May. This includes 5 matches in 9 days!

@Michael Sant I'm confirming that my save running on 23.3.0 there is still an unresolved issue. When I'm "responsible" for training in the U21 team, I'm unable to change the tactic the U21 team is training on or using in matches. The option on the U21 tactic screen is greyed out and you cannot interact with it. The normal option that appears on the "Development Center" page is completely gone. I asked the board to reconsider their decision not to allow a coaching course. I understand them not agreeing, but why is this response written so hostile and aggressive? I've currently got an "untouchable" A+ reputation with the board. I've always had a good relationship with the chairman. Why is this so rude?
