Does anyone know how i can make the B and C team play with my tactics? I can't seem to find it in the staff responsibilities

The year is 2019 and after many many years of hurt in the UK the english FA has decided to take things into their own hands in order to increase the quality of the english national team and force every single team in england to only use 3 over 20 year old foreign players in their playing 11. this rule change surprised the whole world but everyone from the UK seems to be very supportive of it since people are tired of seeing south american wonderkids take over their continent.
Every club in the Premier league and english championship have supported the decision and have added buy english players and develop players using the youth facilities to their club vision.
ps. brexit has also been disabled since it is a disaster.

i think it's still that way, as a test I used the editor to move eriksen to athletic and he got a basque nationality straight away.

finishing my first season, Currently 3 points behind real in 2nd place with 3 games to go and Herrerin, Inigo martinez, muniain and unai nunez all decide they want to join a bigger club. Fml

s promoting a youth player to the senior team and just marking him as available for u19/B/C team for 90 minutes a bad idea? I need to do that since i can't control their training when their in those teams

isn't this just a real life problem? There just aren't many quality right and left back coming through the ranks because (IMO) if a kid has any potential to be a good footballer he doesn't want to just be a full back, but much rather somewhere higher up the pitch assisting/scoring goals.

since there isn't much news coverage on the lowest league here in Iceland There isn't really much about them online but I would recommend searching "Ýmir fótbolti" or "Ýmir fótboltafélag" or ýmir Kópavogur ( translation: ýmir football and ýmir football club) also beware that Ýmir is also a Name for men so there might be some results about footballers/people named ýmir.
