  1. Does attending a Top target's match not create even a news article anymore? I've got this GK who wasn't even willing to negotiate with me but my scouts been tracking for a couple of months now. So now he was interested and as a last push I attended his national team match, nothing. So next game I attended too but also had my DoF with me, and the news only mentioned him.

No point in attending matches, then?

  2. So my wonderkid had a bid made by Brescia for 22M. I would never sell him since we have over 20M in the bank and we're gonna get a lot more from UCL, but my board went and accepted it. Obviously I protested the transfer, but they didn't even say if they accept or reject my request. All it said was that "The offer has been withdrawn", which it obviously wasn't. I could of course cancel the transfer by triggering his contract extension, but that's a BS move. The weird thing is the player would go on to reject the contract from a Serie A club even though I'm paying him ridiculously low wages in Finland. But then again, we are a better team, so I guess it's good.

And yes I know you're concentrating on the new game but it'd be nice if these things would still be taken into account while making it. Like the European prize money bug I posted some weeks ago but never got a response for. Or the Finnish season scheduling which makes the contracts end on 30th November when the European group stages are played in December, and which also makes it so that my players will never get a holiday since the pre-season always starts immediately after the last European game. I can't even choose the start date.

  3. There's once again a bug in the UCL qualification prize money, and I've seen this in previous years also. When a team is eliminated in the playoff round they should get a 5M€ "consolation prize", but again I'm getting just the 2.92M for getting into UEL group stage. That 2M difference is huge for a small club and quite a disappointment.

IMO the answer would be no- the transfer budget is calculated using the finance data available at that time, so will probably not take future income or payments into account.

But that data IS available. Even when you're making the bid, the game shows how the installments will affect future transfer budgets and they're always visible in the transfers/clauses screen and finances/debt screen.

So my opinion would be: yes, the installments are already taken into account. (And I've never noticed a chunk of my budget disappearing via installments)

    I have a similar problem.
I'm managing Everton in July 2021 and a few of my 17 year old players are not eligible to play for my U18 team, because they are too old and have a 'o18' marker next to their name.

That's just a rule thing. The cut-off date for English u18's is 1st September, so those players probably have their birthdays in July/August and are, in fact, over-18 players.

even if I'm a bit worried that hiring an Englishman in that position will bring a bunch of non-EU Brits into my academy, which could fill up my allotted slots for squad registration...

As mentioned, nationality doesn't affect youths. But even if it did, they'd obviously have a second nationality (Italy/EU) since they're coming from your academy or affiliates. And in any case, players under the age of 18 wouldn't even be allowed to transfer abroad unless they move between EU countries and/or have an EU nationality.
