  1. Yeah it works Try it and use the benchmark thread to compare results.
  2. just drag an image onto it and then click download. Rename the downloaded image to the unique ID number then fire up FMxml
  3. I tinker about until the final update in March and then play one save straight through. Think it was 20 seasons for FM22?
  4. I love it Do you view games too? This could definetely make a good premise for a blog
  5. I'm not 100% but I think it depends on the OS version
  6. If its basic then personally i'd go for 8gb RAM. The only issue you will find is it heating up because it's passively cooled. However! I suppose it boils down to what the guy says in the article about this exact question that he gets asked: So yeah I guess it would be better to get 16gb if you can afford it because you won't regret it in future.
  7. RAM is different on Mac in my experience. I won't bore you with it here but its worth looking up as its pretty efficient so I would say the extorsionate cost of extra RAM is definetely not worth it especially on the Air models. If you are the kind of user that needs more than 8gb of RAM then its likely you need a Macbook pro. This is well worth a read https://markellisreviews.com/8gb-vs-16gb-vs-24gb-m2-macbook-air-how-to-choose/
  8. A big thanks for this, really interesting stuff. I can't believe how close the two above are. Within 2 years there was a mobile processor released, in a fanless 13 inches no less, that has similar performance to intels flagship CPU. I realise that thermals are an issue and prohibit direct comparison but its still pretty amazing.
  9. Ha ha sorry mate, not aimed at you at all . Your question was a good one. Knew it These threads may help
  10. Phew! I thought that was going to become the annual "dynamic potential" debate thread for a moment then.
  11. Yeah I think this is Good advice. you can drive yourself mad trying to get the perfect setup
  12. There are a lot of variables here. At what level are you looking to start, what are the specs of your computer and will this be a short term or long term save?
  13. A few other people have said the same thing. It shows that there is value in restarting your computer before you play FM. I've not noticed any difference on my Mac but it's a definite thing on my other Windows devices.
  14. Thats good mate. Great times too, 6.0GHz is insane! Intersting that the R9 7950X is slightly ahead of the two i9-13900KS that have been tested so far as most benchmarks in other software suggest it should be the other way around.
  15. I'm not really sure guys. As you can see many, including myself, have run the benchmarks just fine. Dunno what to say to be honest. I guess this is more a question for SI
  16. Fair. To be honest i'm at such a low level that I usually have to take what I can get and always in the order @XaW mentions above
  17. So I was right, kind of . Maybe. For me its all about personality as I only want him to bring through youth. I don't want him scouting.
  18. No i'm pretty sure the judging attributes is just for players you can see in game. I'm aware it highlights them but I don't think they make any difference prior to the intake. Anyone able to confirm?
  19. Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the Judging Player Ability/Potential only useful for scouts and your assistant Manager? I'm pretty sure it has no influence on youth intakes.
  20. You're right about the EVO 850. Mine still runs like a champ. I know its what most people would call a last resort but I always do a fresh reinstall of Windows on all of my Windows machines once every 1-2 years. All of my vital files are cloud based so its pretty easy.
