I led Adana Demirspor to become the Super League champion in Turkey, and my reputation was 1.5 stars. Then it increased to 2.5 stars. After that, I was selected as the Manager of the Year in the Turkish Super League, and my rating went up to 4 out of 5 stars. This is ridiculous because it implies that I became a better manager than Ancelotti just because I won the Super League. My idea is to introduce a regional and league-specific reputation system, which would make the game more realistic.
