Hi, I try to make the top 3 teams from the first division get relegated to the 2nd division. and the bottom 3 teams from the 2nd division getting promoted to the first div. actually having no success with it. any one could help me?

Still in FM23 its impossible to use this system for other leagues. I guess this condition "Use Individual Club Wage Budget Cap" is bugged. If anyone have a solution for this to replicate this dynamic wage cap like in spain hit me up!
