    Try to have at least one attacking duty up front would be a lot more balanced I see that u are trying create a ball control tactic, but maybe this is not something u aim for up against every team

    In the current FM23 match engine, I think wide diamond can perform better than narrow diamond. Now AI use double DMs and sometimes hard to find space through the middle

    I think the TIs are pretty self explanatory. U want to hit teams quickly, come back defend quickly and do a low block with aggressive pressing. To play counter attacking football, normally I want both strikers on attacking duty, DLFA and AFA or TMA and Poacher, or pressing forward. They are all very good roles. For a counter attacking style I would not use duty like DLFS or F9. The problem on the right hand side is no one is actually attacking the space, try changing WMs to WMa or Wa to see if it gives u better transition

    i am not sure whether 5212 is suitable for EG. In my opinion, 4312 can be a better option. I think Enganche needs player to run past him, so in 5212, those 2 in the middle need to run past EG, can make defense very vulnerable. 4312 allows for 1 defensive player in the middle , and two side midfielders can run past EG
