Hello, could you please tell us what platform you are on and could we have your save file so we can assess this issue? In the meantime, you can add your own manager image. Open preferences > go to advanced > General Tab > Select the "Change Profile Picture" option and choose an image to upload > Select Confirm to close the preferences menu.
