Hello, we have not been able to reproduce this issue internally. Every save game sent to us has had some custom database or custom files attached to it. So it's looking like issue is being caused by some custom database or files changes.

Hello everyone, to give an update on this. We have not been able to reproduce this issue internally. And every save game sent to us has had some custom database or custom files attached to it. We've yet to see a default/non custom save with this issue. So it's looking like issue is being caused by some custom database or files changes. -

Hello everyone, to give an update to this. It looks like the issue is caused if you added homegrown rules for nations that don’t use them in real life. We're looking to resolve this in our next game update, so you can continue those saves. Until then, can you please player other saves, thank you. -
